🔥BURN BABY BURN🔥
Lost is the best place to be found. Ever been dumped, fired, or experience a profound loss in your life? Then this workshop is for you, baby! Learn how to transform your loss into fuel for transformation with me—writer, meditation teacher and founder of White Rabbit Trips, and Sarah Rohrman—humanitarian, health educator, and yoga teacher.
During this workshop, Jenny and Sarah will share brief personal testimonies on loss and being burned and how they rose from the ashes through positive transformation. The talk will be followed by a Q + A, meditation and close with a sacred ceremony challenging yourself let go of the negative thought patterns that arise naturally through loss. Each participant will be challenged to delve deeper into personal thoughts of what you are gaining and giving of your own personal testimony and stories.

Currently following this online training from @helenpurperhart.
Little background information; " Helen Purperhart is known for her great dedication and innovative way to make yoga accessible to everyone. Children's yoga and inner child work is her specialty and she gladly contributes to that in the world. She writes books about it, makes CDs and maps that can be used in childcare, at schools, in childcare and at home. From her own perspective on life and the experiences she has gained, Helen has developed her own method. She encourages large and small people to give their strength more space, so that they dare to be themselves and start to believe in their wishes. It is her mission to inspire parents and professionals to help children on their way to grow into self-conscious adults who can make choices for a better world" 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🏻 Because of living here in Aruba and the little to no possibilities to do a training like this, I was very happy that Helen made this online training www.onlinekinderyoga.nl
Despite we didn't meet in person (yet) you have taught me a lot!
I am looking forward to my first time teaching.
First I have to make my final assignments🌸🙏🏻😃 To be continued..
Positive change comes from a surrendered state of consciousness. So, it is ok to give your self time and space to heal. It’s ok to cry, it’s ok to question. It’s ok to sometimes step out and say I can’t do this right now and to honor your own needs. This is growth. Believe in what is to come because of what has once come before. Cling tight to what you love and know is true. Acknowledge your feelings. Be aware of your motives before you take action. Is it coming from a place of fear or from a place of whole hearted love and trust. F A I T H. Take to consideration your movements. Your words and even your thoughts. Be mindful. Be grateful. Be loving, to yourself and to others. Be true to that which is in you. ❤️🙏.#krisandbrisadventures #yogatoheal #yogainspiration #waterfalls #shakeygraves #surrender #athleta
Few years back I LOVED running, became quite obsessed with it to be honest, use to do 10km distance as much as 4-5 times a week, but my nutrition wasn't very good, and I didn't take rest days seriously, so it was no surprise that after few months of serious training I got really badly injured. And now few years after my injury my knee is still messed up, I can maybe run 3 km before a sharp pain kicks in and something feels like it's about to snap 😑long story short I can't really run much because it hurts. I originally started yoga because after getting injured and not exercising for quite a few months (almost a year!) and gaining a few pounds, I knew I had to find a new way to keep fit, and also to lose the weight I gained. Yoga doesn't bother my knee at all, and I actually feel the strongest I've ever been, especially my upper body 💪🏻so if you are struggling with an injury and had to stop that one physical activity you love, I encourage you to explore other ways of staying fit, whether it's cycling, or swimming or maybe even dancing? You never know you might fall in love with it even more! I know I did! 💁🏼
back to #SaltRock
and some sunset yoga. When I travel I feel limited by my lack of regular practice. I feel restricted in practicing my own flows so that’s why I’m keen to develop my yoga knowledge. If you’re keen on extending your practice, or maybe you’ve been wanting to change careers and branch into the health & wellness space or maybe you just want to do something for you—to develop yourself... Then maybe a 200hr yoga teachers course is what you’re looking for? @caseychiangyoga
will be hosting her first course @zenhotyogaworld
this June! She really is an incredible teacher who comes from no sport/dance background (refreshing for those of us who wish we’d been folding ourselves in half since since we were 4 yrs old!) You know you’re in good hands because a spirit of excellence permeates everything she does! Contact her for more details on the course! .

I am JUST HAPPY that Monday is over 💆🏼
Allow your body to move, open and grow at its own pace. Don't rush it and and definitely don't force it open. I learned that lesson a hard way when attempting certain poses way before my body was ready for it, and literally forcing a stretch that left me injured for a few weeks! So listen to your body... it knows best.
Just enjoying the sun whilst having fun with some stretches ☀️ ... we get the most amazing light in our living room in the morning it would of been a shame not to capture it! ps I turned my head away from the camera because I looked like a tomato 🤣🍅 with a huge forehead vein 🤦🏼♀️🙄🙈
I have walked just over 35 miles this week (57km) 😱💪🏻💪🏻 .. my legs could definitely feel it on my walk to work this morning, so I think this evening and weekend is going to be all about restorative flows and recovery 💆🏼oh and I'm taking a well deserved bus back home 🤣... oh and check out those abs in the picture👆🏻👆🏻all thanks to the amazing @findingmorgantyler
and her @ab_asanas
guide! Highly recommend it, and if I can do it in my tiny living room then you can do it anywhere! 👍🏻👍🏻
