Our event "Yoga in the Park" this morning provided such a beautiful energy that we have decided to run it again!
It was wonderfully energising to be outside under the big trees while the children played and the babies slept! As a mother it is so important to check in with your body and mind, and take a break! Yoga is that delicious break!
Thank you to Lauren who did a fantastic job leading such a large group! And well done to all the kids that joined in! I hope to see you all next week!!
I love to practice yoga every day but why??? Because I love myself and Yoga helps to control my body, mind and soul as well and it motivates me to love myself. Through daily yoga practice you can easily get control in your body, mind and soul.
Practicing yoga might seem like just stretching, but it can do much more for your body from the way you feel, look and move.
Yoga asana build strength, flexibility and confidence. It also helps to build physical and mental discipline.
Regular practice of yoga can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
So if you love yourself and want a healthy lifestyle too, then incorporate Yoga in your daily routine.
