Day 9: Bound Angle Pose (Baddha Konasana)
T I P S :: sit tall and keep chest and shoulders open, draw feet in toward pelvis, wrap fingers around tops of feet and bring thumbs to arches to allow feet to open
M O D S :: move feet away from pelvis if too intense on groin, rest forehead on block in front of feet, recline and place palms on inner thighs
B E N E F I T S :: calms the mind; stretches groin, inner and outer thighs, and spine
