On the left I had just had my first baby and was 80 pounds heavier than I am now. 🙀

ON BODY TRANSFORMATION The secret of transformation is not in fighting with yourself but in creating “a new you”. Like an artist you put aside the not so good statue, and take a new piece of marble and start sculpting a new one. I had been fighting my tummy for many years. I was a regular in the gym, I took heavy exercises, I was strict on my diet and I stayed away from sweets and other small pleasures. I kept an eye on my tummy day after day, but it would not go away. One day, I stopped fighting with my body and changed my gym objectives to taking just pleasure from exercising. Taking pleasure was a good substitute to my fears of getting fat and body dissatisfaction. Very soon my interest in classical heavy exercise was lost as they never gave me pleasure: my muscles got strained after exercising with heavy weights and they were slow to restore. And my back was in pain. Letting go of my fears and worries gave me freedom to concentrate on sculpting a new version of myself.
At that very moment I started exercising Athletic Yoga. After 4 months of practicing the proportions of my body changed significantly: my tummy fat melted away, the muscle mass stayed and grew, my body became lean with no fat, and I felt more flexible than ever before, - and the pleasure I was taking from the exercise would not stand any comparison. Sometime later my spine hump disappeared, my backpain went away, too. I felt lighter, more flexible, and my movements became that of a ballet dancer.
Do not fight to change the body you have, - sculpt the new body you want to have!

We prepare these chickpea bombs and put to the first layer in our lunchbox system (link in bio) so we have them in the office to fight sugar cravings. 🚩Save the recipe for later by clicking on the flag on the right side.
Only 3 ingredients:
1 cup chickpeas, soaked overnight and cooked.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
1 tablespoon garam masala or other spices
Preheat the oven to 180ºC / 350ºF. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat dry with paper towel. Put in a
bowl and mix with the olive oil and garam masala. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray and
bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container. They should keep for about a week.

Alternate title- best place that I have been physically. I added yoga, kept food, and have been very careful to keep the mentality correct. Sometimes it feels like a physical course correction when the mentality of "less than" starts bombarding. I haven't stopped eating to lose weight, I haven't even been trying for any measurement or "scale victory". I just want to be stronger to play with my neice longer, and I'm happy to be along for these changes. .

👊💪Don't believe, when they promise, you will see the results after 3 weeks' challange. Yes. you will feel better when you start your workout, but to have beach body you need to practice months...It is better to know it before than to give up when you see no changes after few weeks. Go girl. You rock.🤘👊
