Personally, when I first started Bikram yoga, I had slight kyphosis in my cervical spine. It never caused me pain, but it was noticeable and did limit my range of motion. ✨✨

Takže jestli tu mám i nějaké starší dámy, tak pilně rolujte fotky z prava do leva a ukládejte si do mysly těhle 5 top cviků, které by se měly provádět alespoň 1x týdně - nejlépe však každý den ☝🏼
• Nejde přitom jen o pálení kalorií, ale hlavně o udržení si celkového zdraví a tělesné síly • • • • Já tyhle cviky provádím normálně každý den, takže mi to přijde jako dobrá prevence, ikdyž mi ještě není těch 40 🙃
• PRVNÍ CVIK je pro hybnost páteře, zádových a břišních svalů - setrvejte 2-5 sekund a opět klesněte do výchozí polohy, opakujte 30x za sebou
• DRUHÝ CVIK je na bříško, zadek a stehna - v nejvyšším bodě setrvejte 3-5 sekund, opakujte pro každou nohu 15 x • TŘETÍ CVIK páteř a břicho - provádějte ho pomalu, nejdříve jednu nohu a pak přidejte druhou, pokud vám síly dovolí, zvedejte obě nohy naráz, jak maximálně můžete 🙃 v této poloze vydržte 10 sekund a nohy opět položte, opakujte 30x •
• ČTVRTÝ CVIK střídavé zvedání ruce a nohy - tento cvik je velmi účinný..Toto cvičení je výborné na zadek, ale i na bříško a spodní strany zad. V této pozici setrváme několik sekund s tím, že se snažíme udržet rovnováhu ☝🏼🙌🏼

Adjusting the last few days went from a bit rough to great pretty quick. I’m finally feeling comfortable and adjusted. .
The pace in this part of India is slower. It sits next to the Ganga river which is magic in itself. My days are busy. I’ve been waking up at 330am bcuz of jet lag and I’m hoping I adjust somewhat soon.🙈
If you’re curious about my days here, 6 days a week I have a classes (see schedule in pic 2) starting from 6:30am to 8pm with Sunday’s off. It’s intense. .
Everything is so holistic. Ayurvedic healing is everywhere and yoga/spirituality is strong. .
I love the culture and influence. I love all the Yogi’s around. I love this simplified way of studying and living. ❤️
