2. In fact, when you practice this way of life, you begin to welcome and practice what is called Self-Compassion/Loving-kindess Meditation. 🐞this helps to create a safe place, one in which you can run to in times of fear, stress, or when you are feeling feelings of shame or guilt.

you begin to open up and avoid isolating yourself in that dark pit of #depression
that only leads to #bingeeating
, feelings and thoughts that make you think less of yourself
🐞In this place acceptance, love, and kindness and #selfconfidence
arise and you begin to become aware that your TRUE self-worth is NOT in that scale and what the number says, or how you "look like"
Your TRUE self-worth lies WITHIN YOU. That deep, TRUE, beautiful self that has been given The Breath of God and ebbs and #flows
And so when I am feeling #overwhelmed
I remember in my safe place that I enjoy the TASTE of food, the smell, the colors and I HAVE SELF CONTROL. And so do you! 🤝
