Morning Breakfast After a Day of Fasting. ○ Protein smoothie bowl with frozen strawberries, frozen veggies , turmeric and cinnamon °BLEND •topped with 1 tsp sunflower butter and a cute #blackberry 🍇 ○a serving of #brusselsprouts •••••••••• The practice of fasting is not easy as I use it more as a Spiritual practice that happens to yield physical health benefits such as helping to give your pancreas a rest and your digestive system some take-off from digesting food. °°°°°°°°° Why is it not so easy? Personally, it's more about being and STAYING #humble . That I am alive and do what I do because of God's love and desire for me to be here NOT because "I" train physically nor that "I" supply and feed myself well. 👉the challenging part is that when you get back to eating to NOT get into #overeating Because that really just defeats the purpose of #fastingforhealth ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡ Give it a try !
