This is where I'll be...🌙✨🌙.
Wednesday's is my beautifully home based Loft day...starting with some morning Flow, then Mommy & Me, then some gorgeous private oneONone sessions before a beginner's Fundamental Flow in the evening & our first Quiet Club (meditation drop-in) to finish (which is sold out already!). Relishing on the formation of routine & the sight of life slowing down into a relaxed ebb&flow once again!.

Love comes in all shapes and sizes. One thing we love at Beyondbeing are the moments. Moments of truth, empowerment, and surrender.
There are literally infinite ways to perceive this thing happening called life. Dare I say, if you’re percieving it through the current collective mainstream narrative, you’re not being creative enough.
You are infinite potential.
I just want to remind you to be open to your own magic ✨
🍋get down dog, go ‘head, get down🍋
You are the creator of your own reality. It might sound crazy, but it's true. The way each of us experience the world in and around us, is all a matter of perception and ultimately the way we perceive the world around us is a reflection of everything that is going on inside of ourselves. We have have so much more power over our lives then we often realise.
When coming from a place of gratitude and love the world becomes a much more beautiful place. When coming from a place of optimism and playfulness, obstacles suddenly turn into interesting challenges and potential for growth and life turns into a playground.
Whenever you find yourself stuck in a hard situation or period in your life. Instead of looking for the answers outside of yourself. Turn inward. Search for all the things inside yourself you can work on and do the work. Start focussing your attention on everything that you are grateful for. And watch the world around transform ✨

Sneaky peak of this week’s flow routine... last night’s class nailed this and it all got rather sweaty! 💪🏼
It’s all about focusing on the breath, allowing the body to move in a way that feels good, pausing when you need and powering through when you can.
Breathe, flow, transform - body and mind. 🙏🏼
Classes all week across Manchester, Saddleworth and Slaithwaite.

Why I ❤️ Yoga
If you're looking for a New Year's resolution which will benefit you from head to toe, inside and out, then why not try Yoga? I have now been practising solidly for just over 5 years and I started it to re-gain the flexibility and agility I had as a gymnast when I was younger. It now offers me so much more than just re-gaining a gymnast’s body.
Physically yoga can help us with weight loss as well as keeping your body healthy whilst opening up muscles and preventing injury. We all know about the link between regular movement and that rush of endorphins. Movement is essentially a shortcut to happiness and Yoga takes us beyond other exercises when it uses focus points like breath work to help train our minds to be challenged but calm at the same time.
And that’s what Yoga is for me every time I practise — my little bit of calm. By shifting the nervous system from a sympathetic (active) to a parasympathetic (resting) state, it allows me to eventually find calmness, even during an intense practise.
In a world where everyone is pulling at us from all sides, where absolutely everything is geared to distract us, Yoga can be an anchor to bring us back to the present. At the end of the day, you need your mind-body connection more than WIFI, and Yoga does exactly that for me.
Have you considered trying Yoga but don’t know where to start? I have tagged all my favourite Yoga Instructors in the pic above, so if you’re looking for a place to start, then head on down to one of their classes 🙏🏼🧘♂️🧘♀️

You may blame your broken body on a teacher, or a style of practice.
You may proclaim your broken body was healed by a teacher, or a style of practice.
I have done both.
And now, I’m older : I know better.
We are the sole masters of our bodies, and our practice.
The development, the process, is on us alone, really.
The lesson always comes from the inside out, not the other way around.
And sometimes, only pain can teach us.
No teacher can break you, nor save you.
It’s ultimately up to you.
On the mat, or off.
Come to class and let’s hold the space : to develop, to process, to try.
To go too far sometimes and get frustrated.
To come back the next day and try again.
Your journey is yours, and no one else’s.
And mine is mine.
People who don't have hyper-extension problems don't tend to know how awful this pose can feel. It used to be my most hated pose! My standing leg would be horribly hyper extended, the hip of my lifted leg would be sagging toward the floor, and the balance was non-existent. I knew what I should be engaging, but I was not physically strong enough to do it. Last year my friends and I went to a workshop and the teacher made us hold this FOREVER. My one friend has hyper-extension problems and it messed her knees up for months. Building strength is the key to making this pose actually feel good. I work endlessly on my strength and now (many years later) my warrior 3 looks like this... it's no longer my hatred pose 😄
✨✨✨w a l k g e n t l y✨✨✨ ✨Walk gently because the truest strength is found in the deepest vulnerability.
Walk gently because you know what it's like to hurt and deep down you know we all hurt in some way. This is part of what it means to be human and there is not one single soul that this is not true for.
Walk gently because you also know that it doesn't matter how another human chooses to show up in this world. You have the same choice. Regardless of your circumstance, regardless of what has happened to you. You get to choose who you are, what you say and what you do. And you can sense that beneath the layers of apathy and helplessness, we all at some point, even just for one second, realize that every moment we are blessed with does matter. Every thought, every word, every action, regardless of how small or incidental, makes an impact in some way and in the end what you are writing in each maybe seemingly mundane day is your own unique story. Your own legacy. The question is, how do you want your story to land in this world?
Walk gently because this was never meant to be a race and where are you rushing to anyway? Walk gently because the biggest gift you can give to this world is your soft heart and your fierce determination to let that be the first thing people see when they look at you✨ 🎶🎧🎵🎼 @iamchaseeagleson
and thank you for doing what you do Chase, I'm obsessed with your music🙌
for aerial yoga practice 😂
Why am I always upside down? It FEELS GOOD. Instant rush of blood to upper body which helps prevent my usual migraine. Supported inversions stretch your back and relieve pain. 🎶 Pretty Young Thing - Michael Jackson 📽 speed ×3

There's a difference, a shift, that is creating a powerful space within me. The poses that I no longer fear upon execution. Telling myself to remember this moment right here and repeat it over and over. "We are what we do repeatedly" ✨
