Last week I shared crockpot pizza in my stories and promised to share some tips and guidance.🙌🏼

crust that we’ve worked with is Bob’s Red Mill.
🍅We follow the directions but sub out water for GF beer. The result will be a dough that tastes like sourdough. Let it rise over night in the fridge.
🍅Hands down my favorite day to day beer is Glutiny by New Belgium.
🍅Line your crockpot with parchment paper.
🍅You can either spread the dough along the bottom for a crust/pizza that will be pulled out by the paper when it’s done OR you can grab small amounts and build your pizza in layers like pull apart bread.
🍅Start with sauce, we use last years homemade but you can use whatever your family likes.
🍅Layer with vegetables, cheese, meat or whatever you like if you’re making a traditional looking pizza.
🍅If you’re making a pull apart looking pizza, that you’ll use a large spoon to scoop out when done, alternate raw crust balls/hunks and ingredients-including sauce.
🍅Cover and place on low for approx four hours. Enjoy
