I bet you all have tried the infamous brown sugar pearl drink, but what about trying them INSIDE A CREPE!?
I recently saw this dessert place got introduced on WeChat, so I decided to give it a try 🤔 More and more cafes use marble and wooden tables to elevate the overall vibe, and this place is no exception 😎 The decor is quite classy! As for desserts, they also followed some popular trend - brown sugar pearls! Instead of only putting them into drinks, they are also served in chiffon cakes and crepe 😌 I found the crepe was kinda salty, from the Oreo cream. Otherwise, the pearls were chewy and tasted delightful 😍 I think if they were to serve in bbt, they will taste BOMB 💣. I also tasted other desserts, but they were more gimmicky, than being stunning in flavours. Lastly, they opened until 12am on weekends, so it is not bad to chill.
One thing I could not stand though was the oily forks and knives, which they said they were stain from cold water 😞. But I don’t think so.

This dish is part of their new autumn menu, which was actually introduced the day I visited. Egg 🍳 was perfectly poached, smothered in hollandaise and sitting atop a cauliflower and cheese 🧀 croquette, which added crunch and flavour. There were also some sautéed wild mushrooms which added a meaty component to this vegetarian dish. Of course I had to add sausage on the side to complete this meal. A solid place for brunch without the insane lineups of another brunch joint close by.

When I went to South Korea in the summer, the blazing hot sun made the bustling city into a gigantic sauna and kept me from enjoying some of there food alot of the time. I bumped into this by accident and it was the best discovery I made in Korea. It's called Korean Cold Noodles and some of the bowls will make you chilly even in the hottest of days. 🤗

Early Dinns before my evening shift. Fresh caught BC Coho seared up on the stove, then a 5 minute bake on 350. Paired it with quinoa & caramelized garlic. Always remember to incorporate good fats & grains to keep you full and satisfied. *Salmon should never be overcooked. It still cooks while on the pan as well, so remove from heat asap. It should be a light, soft and flaky consistency.👌🏽
