These vibrant and yummy Swiss chards are grown using hydroponics by a wonderful lady in Harare. I feel we have not begun to fully explore alternative farming practices to our benefit. Vertical Farming, Permaculture, Aquaponics, biodynamic farming, green houses etc... There is a need to explore these such that most of our food needs in the urban environment can be satisfied by producers closer to us. The distance from farm to fork simply has to reduce.
We will be adding her listing to the website soon. Link in bio @chikafu_zim
