113g (4oz) Buttercup Margarine
170g (6oz) sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
141g (5oz) flour
28g (1oz) Cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1.Cream Buttercup Margarine and sugar together till fluffy.
2. Add eggs in one a time, beating well after each addition.
3. Then add the vanilla essence, milk and flour alternatively.
4. Variation: add in 1 tblsp of coconut or cherries.
5. Bake on 180degrees for 30mins or till done.
500g Buttercup Margarine
1 tblsp milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 kg icing sugar

Exciting times 🙌🏾🙌🏾🔥🔥🔥🔥my own recipe .🙏🏾Out of my own head. This dish is Rump steak served with Sweet potatoes with balsamic vinegar & peppercorn sauce with soft cheese with chives. This cheese is immaculate with sweet potato as it is smooth and velvety. I cooked this for my family & yes we do like our steak well done👌🏽, yesterday night and they were blown away by the fusion of flavours. As you all know tarieskitchen is about flavours and textures. If you want to see how I made it let me know as I did not film this one. TIP: FOR CONVENIENCE USE READY MADE PASTRY I MADE THIS AT HOME AND I HAD NO TIME TO FRESHLY MAKE PUFF PASTRY IT WORKS WELL MAKE SURE U LEAVE IT TO DEFROST 2/3 hours before you make the dish. ANOTHER TIP IF YOU HAVE A BLOW TORCH CARAMELISE THE BANANA THAT WAY. I used the oven method though. I practiced this dish called CARAMELISED BANANA MILLE FEUILLE WITH TOFFE POPCORN AND VANILLA ICECREAM AND FRUITS OF THE FOREST at home for another upcoming EXAM at uni and l shocked myself at what l produced.This is a very sweet dessert incase you wonder.
