Declan explains three main points which help master the perfect deadlift technique.
What is a deadlift?
It is a compound exercise targeting all major muscle groups in your body.
It is one of the best movements for building total-body strength, size, and athleticism.
Depending on the variation and stance a deadlift can target mainly your hamstrings, glutes, adductors, calves, quads, back muscles with major emphasis on the traps and spinal erectors and your arms.
It is essential to perform the exercise with good technique in order to avoid injury.

I want to educate my clients that they should feel comfortable training with me on both the pads and the fitness side, along with the nutrition that comes with it.
