Forgot to take a pic of my breakfast (yes, again!! I always wake up too hungry to remember πŸ˜…), so here’s a pic of my post-breakfast: coffee β˜•οΈ and a square of dark chocolate 🍫 (probably my favourite drink and my favourite food πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‹). My meals are always super simple, not because I hate cooking, but because I hate cleaning the kitchen πŸ˜‚ So I just throw random ingredients into a pan & hope I will not die from food poisoning πŸ˜… The ingredients I used for today’s lunch were white rice, red lentils, garlic, tomato, cabbage, mushrooms, a drizzle of olive oil, curry powder, basil, black pepper, oregano and paprika. I also had 4 smallish kiwis, a big square of dark chocolate and a side coffee ofc... Who else here is also a coffeeholic? πŸ™ˆ I didn’t post yesterday because I went out with a very special friend & had the time of my life!! Breakfast: oatmeal cooked with flaxseeds, pea protein powder, a smashed banana, a ripe pear, oat milk, lemon juice and cinnamon. Adding lemon juice was definitely a good idea, I will start doing it more often πŸ‹ if you haven’t tried that yet, I 100% recommend it πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ Apart from cherry tomatoes, I didn’t eat vegetables yesterday and I am feeling SO much better this morning! Has anyone experienced this?? I miss my broccoli & mushrooms already πŸ˜₯

My first homemade hummus 😍😍 it wasn’t very creamy (maybe because I didn’t really follow a recipe, I just threw chickpeas, tahini, garlic, salt, black pepper and lemon juice into my blender and voila! πŸ˜‚) but it was delicious!! I am not eating more fruit, vegetables and legumes than I used to, but still...
