Wow guys... it has been a minute. I’m sorry I’ve been gone for a while bit the last 2 weeks have been a little crazy. I moved out 😱 and into my dorm which was a little hectic, and then I’ve just been super busy with orientation stuff and my first few days of classes. So... yeah. That’s about it. I’m eating most of my meals in the dining halls, so I thought I’d share a picture of what I had for breakfast this morning. It’s not very exciting and not very cute but 🤷🏼♀️ what can you do? Details: breakfast sausage, sweet potato hash browns and some melon (cantaloupe and honeydew). Also had some ketchup for my hash browns because they needed a little help in the flavor department. Anyways, I’ll try to keep up with posting from now on, but we’ll see. I’ll do my best. Hope everyone is having a lovely day 💕
Oats!!! Yay!!! Guys I leave for college in a few days and my access to cooking is going to be limited. Not going to lie I’m really going to miss making breakfast for myself every morning. Got a little fancy with breakfast this morning and made some French toast. I actually hated French toast for most of my life up until a few years ago when something just clicked and now I can’t get enough. Anyway... details: 2 pierces of @daveskillerbread
soaked in an egg, a splash of almond milk, cinnamon and a little vanilla. Then I cooked it on low for 2-3 minutes per side. After it was cooked I topped it with some thawed frozen blueberries, granola and a drizzle of honey. I then enjoyed it with a cup of coffee with almond milk.
Ok. I know it’s ugly but I swear it tasted good.... It’s pretty much just all of my favorite things in a scramble so yeah, you can’t really go wrong. Details: 2 egg scramble with ham, potatoes and cheese.
Nothing too special, but it was super tasty. Details: 2 slices of whole wheat toast spread with crunchy peanut butter and topped with banana, chia seeds and a drizzle of honey.
Another day, another bowl of oats. Details: 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 a mashed banana, cinnamon, 1 scoop protein powder and 1 scoop collagen. Topped with the other half of the banana, frozen blueberries, sunflower seeds, @eatnuttzo

Fun fact: I. Love. Waffles. Like a lot. So when I saw @kodiakcakes
protein toaster waffles I had to give them a try. These were the buttermilk vanilla ones and they were pretty tasty. And they have good protein which makes them perfect for a post practice snack. So I took two waffles and topped them with @eatnuttzo

Had a bunch of errands to run this morning after practice, so I decided to grab a quick breakfast from a cafe near the boathouse. I got this super tasty sandwich which was made up of a sesame bagel, eggs, sausage and cheddar cheese. I also got an almond milk latte which is probably my new favorite drink ☕️
Hello 👋 I am home. Good couple of days backpacking, but I’m happy to be home. We did about 30 miles in 3 days, didn’t get quite as far as originally planned but it was a lot of fun. And after a couple of days of bars and dehydrated food I was so glad to be back in my kitchen. For dinner tonight I kept it really simple with a little salad made up of romaine, garbanzo beans, olives and a vinaigrette, with an @aidellssausage
chicken apple sausage on the side. Super simple, quick and tasty.
Hello Everybody. It has been a minute. Umm my life has been a lot over the past week and there was so much going on and I wasn’t really sleeping so I just put down social media for awhile. So anyway.... Whole 30 is done. Yay. I thought I’d show you pictures of a few of the things I ate during the final days. It pretty much consisted of the usual sausage, eggs and salad, but oh well. So yeah... we’re done with the second round of Whole 30 this year and now I’m kind of easing back into a less strict diet. The theory in Whole 30 is to add stuff back in slowly to see how your body reacts, but the whole one thing at a time isn’t really my style. So I’ve just been adding little bits of dairy and grains back into my diet. My plan, or at least my goal is to start eating paleo most of the time, but not stressing out too much if I come off it, because what’s life without a little adventure? So yeah. That’s what’s going on. I also might be MIA for the next 3 or 4 days because I’m going backpacking with my dad (whoooo! so pumped!). So yep that’s it. Breakfast- turkey and a banana
Lunch- my go to, sausage and eggs
Snack- trail mix with pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews and raisins
Snack pt. 2- plum
Dinner- salad made with romaine, cucumber, olives, walnuts, salmon and @primalkitchenfoods
Whole 30 Day 24:
Breakfast- running late... again... I grabbed some turkey and a handful of blueberries as I ran out the door
Lunch- Went to a cute little cafe and got and almond milk latte and a breakfast bowl that had squash, potatoes, avocado, tomato and a few fried egg. So. Yummy. (Also, I forgot to say no beans when I ordered, so I had to take all of them out and eat around them. Good job self 👍🏼)
Snack- almonds, blueberries and raspberries
Dinner- salad that had romaine, spinach, bell pepper, tomato, green olives and a vinaigrette.
Snack/Dessert- dried mango
Whole 30 Day 23:
Breakfast- Just some scrambled eggs... not very exciting
Lunch- another one of those everything in the fridge meals. There was turkey, leftover hot dog from last night, carrots, strawberries, blueberries and some almond butter. If you haven’t tried putting almond butter on strawberries, I highly recommend it.
Snack- sliced banana, half topped with almond butter and half topped with @eatnuttzo
Dinner- salmon and some carrots with @primalkitchenfoods
Whole 30 Day 22:
Breakfast- I was running late this morning so I just grabbed a @larabar
and an apple sauce packet as I ran out the door.
Snack- blueberry @rxbar
Lunch- eggs with @aidellssausage

Snack- banana with almond butter (it doesn’t look cute but it definitely tastes good)

Breakfast- 2 eggs, a few pieces of bacon and some sweet potatoes with a little cinnamon
Lunch- went out today and got lettuce cups stuffed with chicken and some micro greens
Snack- raisins and walnuts
Dinner- salad with @aidellssausage
, cucumber, olives, carrots, avocado, sunflower seeds and @primalkitchenfoods
With this post I am officially caught up 👍🏼 and we’re 2/3 of the way through which I think deserves another thumbs up 👍🏼
Whole 30 Day 20:
Breakfast- lol same as yesterday scramble with salmon and kale but this time I also ate half a banana
Lunch- Kind of just threw a bunch of things on a plate and called it good... There was turkey, rainbow carrots, pickled veggies, a little tuna salad and some cucumber.
Snack- 2 almond milk lattes. I’m obsessed what can I say 🤷🏼♀️ (make sure the almond milk is unsweetened though)
Dinner- ribs, pickled veggies and a super tasty chop salad that had kale, romaine, bell peppers, sunflower seeds, carrots, mango and some homemade vinaigrette. I also added a little bit of tuna salad to the top because why not?
