Exercise for lower back: 2/4.🏋️ * Use a machine that can separately pull weight for each arm as seen in the video. You will sit side ways and will do 15 reps per arm to target the lower back. Make sure to isolate the back. Tip: imagine a string or a rope pulling your elbow only while everything else is still. Gripping your hand or making sure your legs are not moving allows for 100% isolation. 💯 * Mindset is an important part of training. You have to be concentrated in the work out. Having trouble building a muscular back? Try this exercise. 1/4 for this week. 💪 • This exercise targets the outer extremities of the back for width and thickness. It is unique. Look at the hands, the palms are facing inward. This is not how the machine was intended to be used. However, David is a Master Trainer with 30 years experience and knows how to target muscles without injury. Do 3 sets by 30 repetitions. Grab the handle with the hand closest to the seat then begin to press when your ready and focused. You will instantly feel the isolation. This is part of a 7x7 exercise regimen. Have you tried this exercise? Here is exercise 1/3 for chest. 7 by 7 edition 🏋️ @duffgoldman * Use an adjustable bench and angle it at 45 degrees. Put the bench in the center of a smith machine. You will hit the upper chest with 7 sets and 7 repetitions. Increase the weight as you move to the next sets. 7x7 ✅ * Stay focused on the muscle. Exercise 3/3 for shoulders 💪 * Directions: You can use a smith machine for this one. It is best to have a spotter if you go really heavy. You want to go heavy on this one. Set an adjustable bench at 90 degrees. Before you start make sure the bar is set to slide down a few inches behind your head. Grab the bar wide (as seen in the video). 📷 * Sets and reps: Start the first set at 20 repetitions, then go down to 15, 12, and 12 repetitions. As you decrease the reps, increase the weight. 4 x 20, 15, 12, 12 ✅ * We do these videos because we want people who want to change their bodies to learn the correct way to work out. We also want the younger generations to learn how to train the safe way to prevent less injuries and less steroid use.
