The calm before the storm Friday evening in the Broken Top crater. A rogue windstorm flattened our tents overnight and sent us packing with damaged gear. It reminded me of how unpredictable mountain weather can be. We were at least able to enjoy an amazing sunset before nature gave us the boot.
Can’t get enough of the Hood...
Happy Mother’s Day to all you amazing moms out there! You know who you are!

A weekend well spent, with our heads above the clouds.
Spent the weekend trekking through some loose scree in a wilderness I've been meaning to visit for a long time. The views weren't bad either. 📸: @wildishweekender
Still one of my favorite hikes close to home.... I have a different experience every time I visit this place. Today we ran into a small group of mountain goats and a massive swarm of butterflies. Lots of surprises on this beautiful day.
TGIF! 🎉 Ready for more summer sunsets.
📍Harris Beach State Park
One of my favorite beaches and happy places... for good reason.
A Thunder Cove kind of morning.
The famous Angels Landing trail!
Summer is officially here! ☀️ Time to get out and throw back some cold ones! 🍻 #summersolstice

I could wake up in my tent every day this time of year!
This place definitely exceeded my expectations!👌 Time to get out and adventure! Happy Friday, y'all! ✌️
About 1,950 tons of steel wedged in between walls of sandstone.
While we were here in the Marble Canyon we got to witness a California Condor nesting in one of the canyon walls. Pretty cool considering there are only about 75 left in the region. (Not cool there are only 75 left 🙁)
