2️⃣Barbell Squats (3 sets of 12) - I use resistance band because it creates added resistance which makes the exercise twice as hard because the weight feels heavier than it actually is.

Try doing 3 x 20 with a 10 sec rest between each. ✨ ⏺ Donkey Kickbacks!- This is a body weight exercise which you can pretty much do anywhere. Again, I’m using my @cassfitness
resistance bands during this exercise and really focusing on the resistance band squeezing my glutes. 3x 30 and you’ll definetly feel the burn 🔥 -
⏺Seated Pulse Squats! - With this exercise I was mostly concentrating on how far apart my thighs were in order to feel the resistance more. This again is a great exercise to form the glutes and also helps to improve your upper body core too! Try doing 3x 15 of these 💪🏾 @gabrielle.louise__

1️⃣Lifts (3 set of 12)- Lie down on the
bench and bend your knees hold the bench for support then using your legs lift up like a seesaw. This exercise looks very awkward but works☺️✅ 2️⃣In and out jump squats (3 sets of 20)- stand shoulder width apart jump in then out. These ankle bands are probably one of my favourite things to use at the moment Simple but effective ankle resistance band from @cassfitnesss
3️⃣ Crab Walks- choose a distance crouch low in a squat position then begin to walk side to side to chosen distance. Repeat 3 times ✅
4️⃣ Standing abduction (3 sets of 10 on each side)- standing up hold a sturdy object raise on leg up and lift it out laterally away from your body, then return to starting position ✅
5️⃣Leg Raises with Pulses - perform 10 leg raises then on the last rep do mini raises ( pulses) for that extra burn 🔥🔥✅ 6️⃣ Hip thrust with Barbell ( 3 sets of 12 ) - engage your glutes throughout the lifts or there’s really no point in doing this exercise 🤷🏾♀️✅ 🎵 Jason Derulo- Swalla
