Appreciate the small things, the big things and the people that surround you. โ˜€๏ธ Without gratitude and appreciation it is very easy to full into a downward spiral. I did this, Iโ€™m guilty of expecting and not appreciating and itโ€™s made be feel awful. It gives me the sick in the stomach feeling when I leave a room knowing I didnโ€™t express gratitude to someone who has done a lot for me. ๐Ÿ’™ All there is to do is practice.
