Today’s was the most incredible experience. I wasn’t going to participate. I entered at the last chance. Every single day I choose to do things that scare me, that make me uncomfortable. The reason for it is you always feel 10000 X better after you do something that helps you grow! 💪 This session was incredibly difficult and I’m beyond proud of myself for doing far better than I thought! Going to be so honest, I was so nervous to actually post this. I’m not a very out there person and to me this is so daring to most as it obviously shows a lot of me. The only reason I am is because I want other’s to understand how possible it is. When I first lost a lot of weight I lost my butt and my boobs completely 😂 I’m so proud that I now have worked hard to build the muscle where I want it! Mocha Energy Bites ☕️🍫🤤 - an amazing energy booster! Ingredients: • 200g dates • 1 heaped tbsp coffee granules • 75g oats • 50g ground almonds • 60g cocoa • 1 tsp Vanilla • 1 pinch of salt Method: - mix coffee with 100ml boiling water and blend with dates until paste consistency - blend the oats into a flour consistency - mix all of the ingredients together until well combined - roll into balls, refrigerate and enjoy!! 😍 . . . #personaltrainer #burleigh #cleantreats #blissballs #energyballs
