Without gratitude and appreciation it is very easy to full into a downward spiral. I did this, I’m guilty of expecting and not appreciating and it’s made be feel awful. It gives me the sick in the stomach feeling when I leave a room knowing I didn’t express gratitude to someone who has done a lot for me. 💙
