Code.org's Hour of Code took place over the past week. This was the 5th year of the event (it was also KBB's fifth year of participation!). During this time, our engineers have helped bring more awareness to computer science to hundreds of kids in LA, OC and Riverside counties. Here is a photo of our time at Portola Hills Elementary School.

// Two weeks ago, our members were special invited guests of @CoxAutomotive
for their keynote presentation titled, “Not Your Mother’s Boardroom” and delivered by President of Cox Automotives’ Inventory Solutions Group, Grace Huang. • Our members and other attendees (stemming from Cox’s women’s and young professionals employee resource groups) received prized takeaways from the keynote which addressed the experience of women in the workplace and how issues such as unconscious bias can affect the workplace. Our presenter and guests elaborated on the challenges women face balancing the demands of motherhood and an ambitious career path.
• Thanks in part to Grace’s insight, our members were enlightened as a result of being the men in the room tasked with gaining insight from a woman’s point of a view. We thank Cox Automotive for the opportunity and look forward to more growth professionally and personally!

Burlington team members that comprise our three Vermont-based employee resource groups gathered last week for an all-day workshop to get to know each other better, refine their chapters’ missions, and hone in on strategies to help achieve their objectives. Joining them for the day were members from Cox Automotive’s Diversity & Inclusion team, Dionne Mack and Matt Gallagher.
Your feed is full of friends in costume; ours is, too. So let’s add some more! 🤪 Great to see some of our team in Brazil getting in on the Halloween action! 🎃 👻
We had tons of fun last week hosting our friends from @subaruofnewengland
and helping fuel their #SNElovespets
campaign! Not only did we get to support our neighbors @hsccvt
but we got to geek out over the new 2019 Forester and Ascent 😍.
One more week left to post your pet photos with #SNElovespets
for a $5 donation to our local animal shelters!
Day 2 at @digital_dealer

Huge congrats to Ali Nasrallah, student chair of the Northwood University International Auto Show (NUIAS)! He’s the recipient of this year’s Cox Automotive General Chair Scholarship. Team member Nicole Ashe had the honor of recognizing Ali before she joined colleague Michelle Krebs as panelists for a student-led discussion about the current and future state of the auto industry.🙌🏅
