Starting Monday with a party in my mouth! πŸ•ΊπŸ»πŸ€©πŸ₯³ this flavor combo will make your festive holiday heart SO HAPPY! In a bowl, I put my gingerbread baked oatmeal (a few posts back!), orange ginger yogurt, pear, cinnamon and almond butter πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜ this took me all of three minutes to throw together just using things I had leftover, because I don’t go grocery shopping until tonight! Easy peasy πŸ€— have the best Monday, friends!!! 😘
Sunday bake day lookin realllll good 😎πŸͺπŸ˜‹ made my bff @erinliveswhole peanut butter blossoms with a HOMEMADE HERSHEY KISS 😍 omg she is the dessert QUEEN! πŸ™ŒπŸ» and also pretty freaking awesome that she’s donating $3 to @feedingamerica for every cookie recipe of hers you make through tomorrow!!!! Saturday morning meets gingerbread donuts β˜ΊοΈπŸ©πŸ™ŒπŸ» I made these for a treat, but we ended up eating them as a dinner appetizer last night πŸ€£πŸ‘πŸ» only bad thing about that is there are less for breakfast this morning 😬 have the best weekend, friends!! 😘 β€’ I made these 🍩 using my @wolfgourmet countertop oven and I am in LOOOOVE! 😍 it is sleek, beautiful, and cooks things so perfectly and quickly! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ’― you can read my full blog post for the recipe for these donuts and my thoughts on this oven!
Patting past Emma on the back for thinking ahead and making these overnight oats! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» I actually make these pretty frequently as a grab and go breakfast, but ate them on my couch this morning watching Live with Kelly and Ryan πŸ€— they’re so creamy and I’ll share my trick below! HAPPY FRIDAY friends! 😘 β€’ Creamy overnight oats: mix together 1/2 cup oats + 1 Tbls chia seeds + 1 Tbls hemp seeds + lots of cinnamon + 2 Tbls whole milk yog (makes it so creamy!!!!) + 1/3 cup water. Let sit over night and top!! I did bananas, blueberry chia jam, granola and cashew butter πŸ˜‹
Lunch as easy as 1, 2, 3! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» I work from home most days. I’m usually caught up in work and before I know it I’m HANGRY! Quick lunches like this save the day, and I always have these ingredients in my freezer! Dare we call this #freezerforagingwithem ?! The step by step is in my stories! β€’ Throw any frozen veggies you have in a pan and heat up with a tablespoon of avocado oil and a tablespoon of toasted sesame oil if you’re feeling it! Let’s warm up and add a few shakes of chili lime seasoning (optional). Once almost fully cooked, push to one side of the pan and scramble an egg or two. Mix all together and top with liquid aminos.
Yesterday I made this pumpkin gingerbread baked oatmeal and it is out of this WORLD! πŸŽƒπŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜πŸ•ΊπŸ» yes I’m still riding the pumpkin train, but more importantly, I finally feel back in my groove in the kitchen which feels so dang good because cooking is my therapy πŸ’†πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ˜Œ and I’m totally geeking out today because i get to go to Wegman’s after work which I never get to since it’s so far from my house, so look forward to lots of yummy finds in my stories!!! Happy hump day, friends! 😘 β€’ Pumpkin gingerbread baked oatmeal: in one bowl mix 2 cups oats + 1 Tbls chia seeds + 1 Tbls hemp seeds + 1/4 tsp cinnamon + 1/2 Tbls gingerbread spice. Add in 1/2 cup pumpkin purΓ©e + 1 1/2 cup almond milk. Let sit for 10 minutes. Pour into an 8x8 pan and cook for 18-20 minutes at 350F. I topped mine with pecans before baking, but cranberries would be delicious, too!
I heard it was #nationalcookieday which is more than enough reason to bake a batch of these PALEO CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES after work! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸͺπŸ’πŸ»β€β™€οΈ there is literally never not a time I’m not craving chocolate chips cookies.... did that make sense? It’s fine, all you need to know is that these are really really good and you should definitely go make them πŸ€— β€’ Search β€œpaleo cookies” on my blog!
This morning I felt like Picasso decorating my sweet potato toasts 🎨🀣 and I just kept loading on the toppings! Toppings are like puppy snuggles, you can never have too many! 😌 It’s been a while since I made sweet potato toast, but all you have to do is slice a sweet potato into thin β€œtoasts”, coat in avocado oil and bake at 425F for 15-20 minutes, flip and bake for another 15ish minutes (until golden brown!). I did this last night and then this morning I topped them with a batch of my blueberry chia jam that i made before my workout this morning, along with yogurt, pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds for crunch, bee pollen and almond butter πŸ‘… HAPPY TUESDAY everyone!! β™₯️
Quick Monday breakfast with a combo that always satisfies! πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ₯‘πŸ˜ I had a very recharging weekend off the gram and now I feel ready for the week! πŸ’ͺ🏻 it’s okay to disconnect and NOT feel guilty about it! CEREAL FOR PRESIDENT 2020 πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ˜ I’ve been craving it (and having it) most every day for the last month πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ so i decided to show you guys how I β€œzhoosh” it up! I just added some fruit, hemp seeds and chia seeds and a heavy dose of cashew milk πŸ˜‹ I was thinking a drizzle of almond butter, but maybe on tomorrow’s bowl πŸ˜‰ what is your favorite cereal?! Good morning, friends!! I’m dreaming of these pumpkin cookies during my dentist appointment this morning! πŸŽƒπŸͺ😍 I originally made this into a skillet, but who doesn’t love cookies?! P was eating these like candy 🀣 crossing my fingers there are some left when i get home!! 🀞🏻wishing you all a great hump day! 😘 β€’ In one bowl mix: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup coconut flour 1tsp baking soda 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice Dash of salt In separate bowl mix: 1/2 cup pumpkin purΓ©e 2 Tbls melted coconut oil 2 Tbls almond butter 1/3 cup coconut sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Combine dry and wet and fold in 1/3 cup white chocolate chips. Drop by the tablespoon and bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown on top.
No bake crunchy CHOCOLATE CASHEW BUTTER CUPS are hereeeee πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ«πŸ˜‹ these are so dang addicting and literally the easiest thing to make!! πŸ‘πŸ» which is key for this time of year! HAPPY TUESDAY, lovebugs 😘 β€’ Melt your favorite chocolate bar with 2tsp coconut oil until smooth. Fill a candy mold with 1tsp of the chocolate, freeze. Take 1/2 cup cashew butter and fold in 1/4 cup crispy quinoa. Fill the frozen chocolate with 1 tsp of cashew butter mixture, and top with remaining melted chocolate. Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze for 20 minutes, then enjoy! Store in the freezer.
HAPPY MONDAY! After having the week off last week, I’m getting back into the swing of things today with a full day of work and meal prepping for a client! Hubba hubba! πŸ™ŒπŸ» We are headed to go see Nonnie and hang with the fam β™₯️ happy Saturday!! 😘 β€’ Pumpkin donuts πŸŽƒπŸ©: Dry: 1 cup almond flour 2 Tbls coconut flour 3/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda 1/2 Tbls pumpkin pie spice Dash of salt Wet: 2 eggs 1/4 cup coconut sugar 3 Tbls melted coconut oil 1/4 cup pumpkin purΓ©e 1 tsp vanilla Spray and fill a donut pan and bake at 350F for 12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Topped with melted chocolate
Thanksgiving 2018 πŸ¦ƒ A day that was spent with the people I love and so many laughs my cheeks hurt my smiling so much! 😊 This year, I’m ever so thankful for having sore cheeks, a full belly, and my family β™₯️ I hope you all had a similar thanksgiving and know that I am thankful for each and every one of you! 😘
