.The picture on the left was some guy who weighed about 410+ lbs and living a pretty unhealthy and unhappy life. I’ve made a lot of questionable decisions like bleaching half of my hair, 🤷🏻♂️ also I drank a lot back then ( pointing to a 24 case of beer) The picture on the right is the current me! A former shell of the man I used to be. I’ve made a huge lifestyle and to be honest, it wasn’t easy but it seems like it’s working. Lol My current weight is about 208 lbs. Fitness is addictive. The point is that if you want something so bad, what are you willing to do about it?
