So Gemma’s fitness journey with me started in December 2018, where she came to @mummyfit_uk and absolutely smashed out her sessions after just having a baby to her second child Max. Who is adorable πŸ‘Œβ€οΈ . . . She lost a fantastic 12.5 inches doing @mummyfit_uk in a few months! πŸ™ŒπŸ‘Š . . . Gemma then decided to sign up with me @duofitnessstudio and buy a block of 10 PT sessions, which she comes to weekly along with some of her lovely friends. πŸ’«πŸ˜€ . . . After measuring Gemma half way through the sessions, another 10.5 was lost. πŸ‘ŠπŸ˜³ . . . Her last session was tonight and she is bloody buzzing as another 9.5 inches came off, just before her holiday to Dubai! . . . A ridiculous 32.5 inches have been lost around her entire body, plus 22 pounds of weight lost! 😱😜 . . . Now there has been some serious hard work been going on there! πŸ‘Œ . . .
