Last week I specially flew to Mumbai to try the newest Gourmet Sea food Restaurant - Rivers to Oceans in Lower Parel
Their menu is extremely well curated with the freshest seafood from all over the globe and local sourcing.
The Restaurant features the countrys first champagne and caviar bar with the widest range of the same.
I had the tasting menu paired with Champagne. They hands down have the best seafood tasting menu in the country.

Pulled lamb ragout
The BEST malabar crab curry ever
Textures Of Mushrooms- A variety of mushrooms cooked differently to perfection- would give up on non veg for a dish this good.
