Overnight Oats Recipe 🙋🏻‍♂️ Bulking? Losing Fat? Let’s getstretchyatwork in our chest, pecs, and fronts of our shoulders, because so many of us are really getting STUCK in bad postures and ending up in lots of PAIN!!! 🔥😫🔥 Your muscles begin to adapt to the positions you mostly stay in, i.e. slouching! so take care of your body and MOVE throughout your day to reverse the negative effects of sitting and slouching. 🙌🏽⚡️ During your work day, get up, find a wall, and walk over to it and do this stretch. No one will think you’re weird 😉 invite your coworkers to do it with you! It’ll be fun :) Overtime, doing this a few minutes each day will drastically change you from someone who experiences a lot of discomfort and fatigue to someone who is proactive, energised, and pain free! 👩🏼‍💻 ⠀ Directions: 🔸 Stand or kneel to a corner wall. 🔸 Raise elbows up to shoulder height, making 90 degree angles with your elbows and place them on a wall. 🔸Slowly walk yourself forward into the corner of the wall, moving gently with your body, not forcing anything. 🔸 Do this stretch for 30 seconds - 2 minutes. 🔸 Breathe deeply in and out through your nose. 🔸 Sit up tall, and pull navel to spine. ⠀ Follow us (@gains ) for the best daily workout tips 💪🏋️‍♀️ ⠀ Tag a friend who'd like our profile! 📸 All credits to respective owner(s) // @actionjacquelyn

Some key things I’ve learnt after 2 years of training ⬇️🏋️‍♀️ ▪️1. Carbs aren’t evil & don’t need to be cut out 2. Cardio isn’t the “be all and end all” of weight loss. 3. Getting enough water and sleep is crucial! If you don’t take a rest day, your body will eventually make you take one. 4. Cheat meals and treats in moderation can save you from coming off track. ▪️If you do pig out, don’t panic; just carry on as usual. 5. The best way to target weight on your stomach is overall weight loss, not 500 daily crunches. 6. Never underestimate the power of changing the music on your playlist. 7. Don’t use someone else’s calories, even if you’re the same height and have the same body shape/goal. ▪️8. No one is looking at you in the gym. ▪️9. You have to do it for you, not for anyone else or for an upcoming occasion. 10. Don’t compare your week 8 to someone else’s week 104. 11. Don’t knock vegan food, most of it is delicious. 12. You won’t always feel motivated and that’s okay. 13. Those “happy” hormones you get after exercise, don’t always happen straight away, but they will come 💗 ▪️14. You won’t look like tammyhembrow after 8 weeks (life is cruel and unfair I know) 😩 15. Weights don’t make you look manly 16. Don’t go food shopping when you’re hungry 17.
