LEFT Whole food sugar 🍒🍌🍉🍊🍓 Sugar from real food like fruit contains natural sugars but also have an abundance of vitamins, minerals, fibre and antioxidants to fight off toxins in the body. As fiver normally comes with eating this type of sugar, absorption rate of sugar will be slower. This is why "simple sugars" found in whole foods don't increase blood sugar levels as fast as refined/artificial sugar. . . RIGHT 🍦🍰🍭🍩🍪 Has no nutrition and empty calories . This type of sugar will increase blood sugar and insulin level much faster👉🏻 and the body will have a harder time accessing fat stores to burn it off. . . Can you make physical progress 💪🏻 and have a happy life balance 🍕🍷at the same time? • AB-😁 SO- LULETY! Here are few things that have helped me figure this fine little balance thing out in my own life.... • (Keep in mind that a happy balance looks different for everyone!) • Here are my top reminders that might help you in your journey🙌🏻 • 1. Hire someone that holds you accountable. EVEN if you know what you're doing. This ensures there's always a reason to make it to the gym. A strategy/plan to execute on in order to keep you at your goal or help you progress. Most important one in my opinion. • 2. Only do what you would be able to maintain FOREVER. This means, finding the right HAPPY balance for YOU. Anything that is too extreme or not maintainable will just set you up for failure in long run. Too much cardio? Bound for a rebound when you can't keep up anymore! Etc. • 3. Fix your mindset on food. This one has been the hardest for me personally. One thing that has helped is to focus on is nourishing yourself with high nutrient foods that gives you energy vs thinking about calories/macros etc( I have not weighed myself for 8 months and have really focused on being mindful with how I feel vs going by numbers- personally I've never liked numbers 😂😝) This also comes with recognising how certain foods make you FEEL. 🔥TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY🔥 • LONG POST ALERT but trust me it’s worth reading :) • For the first time out of all my transformation stories so far, when I saw this one I was 😶 • A big SHOUTOUT to my awesome client Gowri Natrajan @g.ncbe for her tremendous and mind blasting efforts ❤️️ • Let’s see what gowri has to say about her journey so far :D • Gowri: I call my transformation P to Z (Pumpkin to Zucchini) when I see this picture every time.  Being a single parent without support system at home, work life balance got messed up.  I turned to FOOD – when I was happy, sad, anxious, depressed, when I was hungry and not hungry.  I was so scared to step on that weighing scale only to avoid knowing the reality.  I didn’t give a damn about how I looked or felt – but there was one thing that bothered me when I went to bed every night – what if I get a cardiac attack that night?  I didn’t want to trouble my lovely 18 year old daughter to call for an ambulance in the middle of the night.  So in 2016, I bought myself a wearable device to track my 10000 steps – and was soon off track and the year was gone by. . . January 2017 – I knew I need to seek professional help to get things under control – I was 115 kgs already and shopped XXLs. I came across Iram Zaidi’s profile and I signed up with her immediately.  THE BEST thing happened to me is HER. Though I hated green’s at the start(ha ha) – I began the process and I failed on the very third day (hogged chocolate pastry, bananas and what nots). Made a confession and started again. There was no more cheating and honestly there wasn’t any need for that – as Iram’s deep knowledge and expertise on nutrition, and her passion to help her clients achieve their target is evident in her personalized meal plans.  I never starved for a day (in fact struggled to finish food on some days). She can understand you,the numbers (updates). Yes it's time again to give a SHOUTOUT to one more champion 😁 @arpita.r1983 this is to your "hard work and never give up spirit" . . To be honest this is more than just transformation. This is what happens after transformation 😉 Yes, you heard me right...! 1st picture is her recent one, SWIPE to the second one to see when she achieved her goals under me. . . I make sure I stay connected to people who had shown sincerity and enthusiasm during their transformations and I don't mind helping them later. . Arpita's program got over 8-9 months ago if I remember it right, but she never gave up on HERSELF and LOVING herself(I love people who love themselves 😁🙌🏻). She stayed in touch and maintained her routines. Obviously she wasn't all that strict post her goals were achieved but she balanced cheats and clean eating pretty well. Not to forget her HARD-WORK and CONSISTENCY got her here. . . We all see many transformation stories but, we barely see what happens after that. Most of the time I get clients stating I followed XYZ routine I reduced now I'm back to square one ☝🏻. What's the point of even doing such a thing? Hence I always say inspite of focusing on short term results set a long term goal 😎💪🏻 Doesn't matter if you lose 8kgs instead of 11kgs doesn't matter if it takes 4 months time instead of 2 months. Follow something that is SUSTAINABLE, LONG LASTING and something you can stick on to even when your program is over. AND that my friends is what I call 💁🏼SUSTAINABLE DIETING no yo-yo dieting.🙅🏻 . .
