It was 2016 when I was detected with PCOD (aka PCOS)
That's when I figured all my problems were linked to my unhealthy lifestyle. Went to multiple gyno and struggled for 2 long years just to get my periods back on track. My cycles were pretty messed up ranging from 3 months to 6 months. I had to take 5-6 meds a day to cure pcod. Joined gym in March and lost weight via crash diets but I wasn't in good shape and pretty much lost my stamina. Menstrual cycle was still messed up.
That's when everything turned around and I won a 12 WEEKS PROGRAM with our one and only hope Iram Zaidi.
With her, everything was different. There was no pressure of working out for long hours and staying hungry for hours. I learned the value of nutrition and that fads of crash diets are over rated.
Iram ma'am brought me into this different world where you eat a lot guilt free on diet. Experiment with food items and create yummy dishes.
During the first week, I couldn't consume even the half the given amount of food but gradually I did because she believed in me and told me that I can and I did. She kept inspiring me and motivating me throughout the journey.
Not only I did lose fat but gained MUSCLES💪 Regained my stamina and changed my lifestyle permanently.
I got my Menstrual cycle is back on track in just 2 months of her guidance and I'm not dependant on meds anymore. She did something in 3 months that other doctors couldn't in 2 years. I happen to think it's called magic.

Write up goes as follows- "like many others i always wanted to lose weight n lose those extra pounds n get toned, went into depression due to hypothyroid n over weight issues,faced alot of criticism n lacked self confidence n almost gave up. Tried many CRASH DIETS lost alot of weight became SICK n HOSPITALIZED n GAINED BACK double the weight n almost lost hope. One fine day something awsome happened which changed my mind,body n personality and it only happened cos of my sisters support who introduced me to iram's insta page. 4 THINGS MAKING YOUR DIET HARDER💛
"Seriously lovelies" being on diet is hard so for the love of lord don't make things harder than they need to be, seriously don't do it.
👉Don't look for shortcuts 👉Don't be in denial about fundamental facts 👉Accept that to a degree there needs to be some sacrifices, especially in the very beginning.-
Fighting against these things is a bit like trying to climb the side of a really oily whale🐋.... You'll just keep ending up in a head at the bottom.
Food quality and food volume really does matter for your health & sanity so make smart choices-
👆All fat loss diet works because they create a deficit no magic just a deficit so if you're torturing yourself on a certain diet then don't find one that makes you less miserable ( preferably something that's more SUSTAINABLE on a longer run🤗)
👆Calories all count period so you can't continually nibble here, there and everywhere and not expect the calories to accumulate
- It's more like at the EOD you realise... Damn I ate my own S*** 😂
Though we are all humans and sometimes my fingers do end up in almond butter BUT I'm very aware that the calories do count 🤪
👆You either need to stop or at least admit to yourself that may be you've been consuming an extra couple of 100 cals and that's why you're struggling to lose fat🤷
👆 Eating out more than you eat in especially when you're still learning about how to eat for your goal is 100 percent going to make things harder for you.
Eating and prepping at home as much as you can will help you to get the basic habits established and gives you way more control of your choices.
❤️Fat loss definitely isn't easy but absolutely doesn't need to be complicated..
