🔥✨ TUESDAY TRASNFORMATION ✨🔥 . So proud of my girl @miss.chanandler_bong She nailed it(12 weeks challenge winner)💪 . Let's see what Preeti has to say about her journey PLEASE READ: PREETI- It was 2016 when I was detected with PCOD (aka PCOS) That's when I figured all my problems were linked to my unhealthy lifestyle. Went to multiple gyno and struggled for 2 long years just to get my periods back on track. My cycles were pretty messed up ranging from 3 months to 6 months. I had to take 5-6 meds a day to cure pcod. Joined gym in March and lost weight via crash diets but I wasn't in good shape and pretty much lost my stamina. Menstrual cycle was still messed up. That's when everything turned around and I won a 12 WEEKS PROGRAM with our one and only hope Iram Zaidi. With her, everything was different. Total weight loss 122 to 94 kgs . He followed my instructions diligently without any misses and here are the results! . No, it wasn't easy at all considering his busy schedule as a Doctor but his will and determination got him where he stands today. . Total weight loss 96 to 83 . Let me tell you he was never overweight but he wanted a lean/shredded look 💁 He followed my instructions diligently without any misses and here are the results! . No, it wasn't easy at all but his will and determination got him where he stands today. . The first picture was taken in January and the one on the right is taken today! I didn't do any drastic changes in his routine but just asked him STICK to the PLAN and be PATIENT. . I didn’t make any major changes to his workouts either. I put him on an athlete program(wherein he train 5days/week mostly compound movements). Eating an average of 2500 cals/day and yes I did include some cardio in his routine too. Also to answer a common question before it gets asked- he hardly trained abs 2 days/week. By improving his body composition through lots of heavy lifting and compound movements his abs definition too did get better with time. . Here are my top tips if you wanna get shredded 🙂 . 1- Lift hard and heavy and stick to the basic compound movements! The basics are going to benefit you the most. 2- Be patient!!! Work, travel, time, money and many other factors can get in the way of our diet goals. ------ Now it's not like everyone is a pro dietician or coach or trainer BUT that doesn't mean we can't figure out some basics for ourselves...🙂 ------------------------------------------------------------------Here are few rules that I follow to fall back in when life gets in the way and let things slip a bit👇👇👇 . ✅PORTION CONTROL Yes it's very important when you're dining out. Make sure your plate contains good portion from greens and proteins with minimal fats and decent carbs . ✅MEAL PREP It's very important and possible if it's a day trip, hiking, a days travel or a short meeting etc PACK YOUR MEALS.... Carry foods that don't get spoiled soon. . ✅EAT MORE AT HOME THAN OUTSIDE This way you can make healthier choices and plan your meals. And off course keep tab over the quality and quantity of the ingredients . ✅EAT A LITTLE LESSER This ain't any rocket science and self explanatory 🤷 more over like portion control . ✅CUT OUT JUNK AND PROCESSED FOOD(definitely NOT completely.... coz we believe in sustainability and we got just one life to live 😁) . . 4 THINGS MAKING YOUR DIET HARDER💛 . "Seriously lovelies" being on diet is hard so for the love of lord don't make things harder than they need to be, seriously don't do it. . 👉Don't look for shortcuts 👉Don't be in denial about fundamental facts 👉Accept that to a degree there needs to be some sacrifices, especially in the very beginning.- Fighting against these things is a bit like trying to climb the side of a really oily whale🐋.... You'll just keep ending up in a head at the bottom. . Food quality and food volume really does matter for your health & sanity so make smart choices- 👆All fat loss diet works because they create a deficit no magic just a deficit so if you're torturing yourself on a certain diet then don't find one that makes you less miserable ( preferably something that's more SUSTAINABLE on a longer run🤗) . 👆Calories all count period so you can't continually nibble here, there and everywhere and not expect the calories to accumulate - It's more like at the EOD you realise... Damn I ate my own S*** 😂 Though we are all humans and sometimes my fingers do end up in almond butter BUT I'm very aware that the calories do count 🤪 . 👆You either need to stop or at least admit to yourself that may be you've been consuming an extra couple of 100 cals and that's why you're struggling to lose fat🤷 . 👆 Eating out more than you eat in especially when you're still learning about how to eat for your goal is 100 percent going to make things harder for you. Eating and prepping at home as much as you can will help you to get the basic habits established and gives you way more control of your choices. . . ❤️Fat loss definitely isn't easy but absolutely doesn't need to be complicated.. .
