✨🔥TUESDAY TRANSFORMATION 🔥✨ . I've seen majority of my clients and other on my insta handle keeps obcessing about weight all the freaking time! . Well yes for a change I hear ppl say it gives you a push when you see the scale going down. That's it? What about the push that you get when you fit into the dresses you used to struggle to earlier OR when you get compliments from friends and loved ones? . I've been saying time and again. Weight is just a number. APPREARANCE matters more. No one is going to ask your weight first and then complement if you look fit or fat. . So think... We are not calculators we are HUMANS...!! . When i reached out to my client @aanchalbhatiya for her transformation pictures she mentioned that hers is no where close to other transformations but if you ask me I consider this marvelous work considering her POST PARTUM PREGNANCY issues.. INCHES have reduced drastically(picture is a clear proof)... Weight changed barely...! . But she doesn't care about the scale Because she understands now it could be due to n number of reasons: 1- She's on a carb rich diet so body will retain some water 2- Water intake low or more sodium will make body retain water automatically.. and boom you'll see the scale shooting up next morning 3- When you take weight empty stomach and after some meals, it is bound to shoot up. Let's refrain from this manic stepping on the scale at different times of the day and harass ourselves. 3- When she gets stressed with work or house hold chores, kids etc 4- Lack of sleep 5- And yes before aunty flo(menstruation) visits and sometimes even when it's on 6- Gain in muscle mass- you obviously can't expect that to have a feather 😂 like weight, can you? . . Ingredients: ▪️50gm soy flour ▪️40gm wheat flour ▪️30gm oats - grind to fine flour ▪️35gm masoor dal or variety of choice - soaked overnight & steamed w/ salt n tumeric ▪️30gms green bell pepper - finely chopped ▪️50gms carrot - finely grated ▪️50gms spinach - blanched & chopped ▪️50gms red cabbage - finely chopped and steamed ▪️cilantro ▪️green chilli ▪️ginger ▪️salt ▪️tumeric ▪️red chilli powder ▪️garam masala ▪️ajwain/carom seeds ▪️jeera/cumin seeds ▪️hing/devil's dung ▪️10gm ghee . ✨ THROWBACK THURSDAY ✨ . IN CASE YOU MISSED IT here are few things to keep prepared to curb sweet tooth cravings! . 1- BCAA ICE POPS: Using an ice pop mould add water and flavoured BCAAS to make ice pops 2- FROZEN YOGURT (and my favorite 😉): Use plain Greek yogurt or low fat to 0% fat yoghurt with protein powder or just sweetener with fruits and leave it in the fridge! 3- SUGAR FREE JELLY- Grab the 'make your own' sugarfree jelly sachet(or you can buy little tubs) and keep it in the fridge. Feel free to add a scoop of whey as you make it for extra protein or some berries for extra taste. 4-OVERNIGHT OATS: All you gotta do is take a jar throw in all the bad boys- oats, milk(any), fruits, nuts/seeds, some sweetener and proetin powder for extra protein. Keep it in the fridge over night. . Unfortunately often the cheap and convenient breakfast available to us is the one on the left, high in simple sugar, added sugar, high carbs, low protein, low nutrient profile....it doesn't do a whole lot for the body other than provide a quick spike in energy followed by a crash. . On the other hand, being intentional to have a breakfast is high in protein, good fats, nutritious, more complex carbs than simple ones... that will start your eating off right and will fuel and nourish your your body until your next meal also will keep you full for long. Getting hydrated is important as is that glorious cup of morning coffee☕. A few eggs, avocado, bell peppers, spinach is a great way to hit these marks. You can turn them into an omlette, a scramble, bullseye with a side of stir fry veggies, or however you prefer to take them. Add a protein shake or Greek yogurt for extra protein if desired. . Your first Mela of the day is important. If you're intermittent fasting it might be pushed back to later on, but breaking your fast(at whatever time it is for you) should be a meal that will nourish and fuel the body for optimal performance during the day. . .
