You need to put these Nutella stuffed muffins on your holiday baking list. Jumbo vanilla muffins with a generous chocolatey Nutella center...or maybe jam ? Whatever u fancy😁😁 I have been wanting to do this sugar dust effect on my cakes for long...I thought this is the perfect time for those snowy vibes😍❄️😍 Recipe- ✨Sift 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1/2 cup granulated white sugar, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/4 tsp salt and 2 tsp baking powder in a bowl. ✨ Separately whip 1 large egg. Mix in 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup vegetable oil and 1 tsp vanilla essence. ✨Fold the dry ingredients in the wet mixture to form a smooth batter. ✨Scoop spoonful of batter in the muffin cup. Add a tbsp of Nutella in the center..and cover with more batter so as to cover the Nutella from all sides. ✨Bake in a preheated oven at 220/430 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Then lower the temperature to 180/350 degrees. Bake for another 12-15 minutes or until muffins are nicely brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. ✨ You can dunk the warm muffins in some butter and dust with powdered sugar. ✨ Reheat cold muffin in microwave for 15 seconds to enjoy warm melty Nutella. . . . . . . . . .

It looks a lot like Christmas already 😍😍 These jam thumbprints are relatively healthier and made with oat flour. They are melt in your mouth delicious😍 Eggless and sugarfree too! I love using oat flour because it fills you up and you end up eating lesser😁 Recipe- ✨Mix 1/2 cup almond butter with 4 tbsp Maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil and 1 tsp. Vanilla essence. ✨Sift 1 cup oat flour and fold it nicely to form a smooth dough. ✨ Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes. Now make small balls out of the dough and place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. ✨Make indentation with a small spoon and fill with your favorite sugarfree jam. ✨Bake for 16-18 minutes at 180/350 degrees in a preheated oven. . . . . . . . . . .
Just back from an amazing trip to Kashmir!! Bone chilling cold and lots of snow❄️❄️ The only thing that kept me warm and cozy was this delicious spiced Kashmiri green tea called Kahwa😍! I tried recreating its magic at home with Cinnamon, Cardamom and Saffron! Kahwa is a great winter drink to warm you up! Recipe for 2 servings- ✨Boil 2 1/4 cups of water with 5 roughly crushed cardamoms, 2 inch cinnamon stick and a few strands of saffron. ✨Once boiled, add a green tea bag and infuse it for 2-3 minutes. ✨ Strain and pour the tea in a cup with chopped almonds. Top with few strands of saffron and sweeten with honey! . . . . . . . . . .
This is a guiltfree chocolate cake drenched in cold brew from @cohomacoffeecompany and then frosted with a caramel frosting made with dates and cashews! It just melts in your mouth with deliciousness 😍 The cold brew is so good on it's own, and even better in desserts! Recipe- ✨Mix 1 1/2 cup whole oats, 1 cup popped amaranth, 1 cup roughly chopped almonds and 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon. ✨To this add 1/4 cup date syrup, 2 tbsp fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup room temperature Almond butter, 1 tbsp vanilla essence and 1/2 tsp orange essence. Mix well and spread on parchment paper lined baking sheet. ✨Bake in a preheated oven at 150/300 degrees for 35 minutes. Now add 1 cup cranberries, mix well and bake again for 15 minutes. ✨Stir only after it has cooled completely. . . . . . . . . . . . .
This Marble Loaf Cake Recipe yields a buttery soft cake and the chocolate batter swirled in between the vanilla batter ensures that you get a decadent slice of goodness. Recipe ✨Mix 1 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup popped amaranth, 1 cup roughly chopped almonds, 1 tsp ground cinnamon. ✨ Now add 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/3 cup date syrup and 1 tsp. Vanilla essence to the oat mixture. Coat the oats well. ✨ Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 160/300 degrees for 45-50 minutes. ✨Stir only once in between and then after completely cooled. ✨Add 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and 1/2 cup M&M 's to the granola. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
A Donut that's healthy for you😁😍 It's eggless, sugar free and guiltfree😋 It's pure love😘 Not to forget, it's Baked and not fried...But trust me, it's got an amazing texture almost like the fried ones😁 Recipe ✨In a bowl mix 1 1/4 cup oat flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp baking soda, pinch of ground cinnamon and 1 tbsp corn flour. ✨ Blend 20 dates with 3/4 cup warm milk. ✨ Add date mixture to the dry mix. Also add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1 tsp vanilla essence to it. ✨ Mix to a smooth dough like consistency. ✨Grease a donut pan with Ghee and add spoonfuls of the mixture until almost full. ✨Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180/350 degrees. ✨Cool and dip in some dark chocolate ganache and garnish with chopped roasted nuts😊 . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

If you haven't tried making your own granola, you should soon! And this is the perfect recipe to start with😊😍 Recipe ✨Mix 2 cups whole rolled oats, 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut, 1/2 cup popped amaranth, 1 cup whole cashews, 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground ginger. ✨ To this add, 3/4 cup homemade pumpkin puree, 3 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla essence. ✨ Coat the mixture nicely. Spread evenly on a parchment paper lined baking tin and bake in preheated oven at 150/300 degrees for 30 minutes. Add 1/2 cup dried cranberries. Recipe for homemade pumpkin puree ✨ Slice a pumpkin into two halves. Scoop out the fleshy hair and seeds. ✨Place the cut side down on the baking tray. And bake for 45-55 minutes at 180/350 degrees in a preheated oven. ✨Cool before you scoop out the delicious smelling stuff 😁. Blend the date and milk mixture until smooth. ✨Add 1/4 cup milk and 1/2 cup vegetable oil into date mixture. Add 1 tsp vanilla essence. ✨ Fold in 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, 1/4 cup +1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp instant coffee, 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda. ✨Pour batter in baking tin, top with a streusel made of handful chopped almonds, walnuts, 1 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp palm sugar and little coconut oil. Homemade Gingerbread granola for the best time of the year🍁💖🍁 Sweetened with date syrup and candied ginger, this nutty granola has warmth from cinnamon and ginger, perfect for the fall and winter season. Recipe ✨ Mix 1 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup popped amaranth,1/2 cup chopped almonds, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon and 1/4 tsp ground ginger. ✨Add 1/4 cup almond butter, 1/4 cup date syrup and 1 tbsp vanilla essence. ✨Mix well and spread it on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. ✨Bake at 300/160 degrees for 40 minutes. Then add 1/4 cup chopped candied ginger and 1/4 cup raisins. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. ✨Stir with spatula after cooling completely.
A cinnamon flavored marble cake, a perfect loaf for this festive time of the year😊 Soft, moist and a strong punch of warm cinnamon! A slice of this cake with tea is a delight 😍 Recipe ✨Sift 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp baking powder and 1/4 tsp baking soda. ✨In a separate bowl, cream 1/2 cup butter with 3/4 cup granulated sugar. Sharing the recipe again, if you haven't saved it yet😊 Recipe ✨Mix 1/2 cup crunchy @pintola peanut butter with 4 tbsp maple syrup, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence. ✨To this add 1 cup oat flour. ✨Mix to form a soft sticky dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. ✨Form small balls out of dough. Roll them in a bowl full of chopped salted peanuts. ✨Place rolled balls on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Make indentation in center with thumb. ✨Bake for 15-18 minutes in a preheated oven at 180/350 degrees. ✨Melt some chopped dark chocolate in microwave at short intervals. Using spoon, fill melted chocolate in the center of cooled cookies. ✨The chocolate will harden in sometime and the cookies would be ready for dunking 😊 . . . . . . . . . . . .
