If you are trying to push forward and achieve your goals this year but you can’t seem to get into that illusive state of β€œflow” that everyone talks about this may help you. After many long conversations with close friends and mentors I realised I was trying to do most of the thinking and planning for my future with my head and not so much my heart. β€’ β€’ β€’ What do I mean? I mean my head my my heart haven’t been completely in line and in synergy with each other. Hence why I have been feeling good, but not great. Imagine your head and your heart when being in line they become a beacon of light πŸ’‘ which things become attracted too eg opportunities, people, money etc. but when they are just off balance you might be able to turn the light on every now and then but it’s not shining bright most of the time, so it’s harder to attract the things you want. Meditating and slowly the pace down and spending more time to yourself in thought and mindfulness will do amazing things for developing this deep connection within you. β€’ β€’ β€’ A close friend told me your mind should work in service of your heart. Follow your hearts desires and purpose and let your mind process the details, problems to get there and this makes complete sense.
