It was all going well an increase of 3.1kg of lean mass and a loss of 3.8% body fat. Then I went on holiday🙈 I went to the gym, I ate healthy but I moved a lot less and drank a little more😉My body is definitely showing it. I came home feeling like blancmange but it's no big deal. I've made memories and I enjoyed the time out. I am not beating myself up, starving myself or doing guilt cardio. What a difference a few days can make😁 I spoke to my coach about the plateau and how it was having a negative impact on my emotions and had started to affect my motivation to train. She was fab with me and took into account my whole wellbeing, most importantly she listened!!!! Fast forward three days into a new training and nutrition plan and I have reconnected with that little fire in my belly to keep pushing forward towards my goals no matter how long it takes.
