Weights and big movements are good but how many of you take the time for the small muscles and the stabilisers. I'm taking more time to look at movements that can enhance training and just overall body improvement in body function. By the way doing this can assist in you getting a pull up one day 😉

Here's something to wake up your glutes/hamstrings for this Monday, either as a starter or as a finisher. Either way you are going to feel your muscles awaken! Getting off your butt is essential, cause we are on it so much and that is your biggest muscle in the body. A shame not to work it right?
Perform each exercise 1-4 straight with 15 seconds rest in between. Then if you feel like it out go for some squats jumps ;) Till failure. Repeat!
1️⃣Squat hold abductors - 60s
2️⃣Toe Tap Back - 30s L - R
3️⃣Single Leg RDL - 30s L - R
4️⃣Romanian Deadlift - 60s
Optional - Squat Jumps till failure. -
👊4 sets total. 60 seconds rest between rounds.

Yesterday's waterfall adventure at Curug Lawe.
It started to rain midway but that didnt stop us. We hiked in the rain and I did it in slippers not my smartest move but learnt from it. 😅
I drove for about 4 hours yesterday in the @mercedesbenzmalaysia GLE 400 AMG Line. Went on all kinds of terrain - road, hill, non hill, outskirts, narrow paths...What a great first time experience to test my driving skills in Indonesia traffic. 🤣 Comfy and such a smart car! Telling me when motorcyclist got too close and good pick up going up steep a slopes.. like steeeeeeep. .
Day 1 done and today is another story! Phew more driving and next adventure pit stop coming up 😁
