Meal prep kinda Sunday night. . Lilow cooking tips: 1. Keep it SIMPLE 2. Season well - sea salt and black pepper is always my go to. Then comes Cajun, basil, garlic garlic garlic!! 3. Mix your veg and meat together - for me this is more palatable rather than separating them. 4. Use glass wear - easier for packing hot food, no BPA issues, you can also bake with them, prettier to look at in the fridge πŸ˜„ 5. Have fun cooking and you should enjoy your meal prep. . The struggle is real! Excuse my face 🀯 . Barbell Hack squats is a love hate game. Here I'm doing it wide stance with my heels elevated. Who says you need the leg extension machine to build quads. It's one of the hardest for me cause I have to think bout the form all the damn time, more than other exercises. . KEY keeping my body upright to perform it right. For me I'm also trying to bring my scaps together to avoid the shoulder hunch and the bar bumping ass. It'll take a while to get used that's for sure..
