Its that time again....#whoiam
Wednesday and I want to point out that I did not post last Wednesday, because.....well shit happens. 🤣 This leads me to the point of this post: How I act when shit as I call it happens. 😱
Last Wednesday I spent the day in the hospital, (yes I’m fine) because well you guessed it shit happened. Now how did I react?! Yup, I cried and whined a lot because I missed a few days of working out 🙄, well news flash Jaclyn...You are alive and well, so get over it! Moving on...
Today...I could not deadlift 285 lbs I tried 4 times (two weeks ago I pulled 300 lbs), I was so mad 😡 . I even throw a slight temper tantrum in the gym..AGAIN, news flash Jaclyn, you are freaking strong and NOT PERFECT and god damnit shit happens! So I put my big girl undies on, keep it moving and finished my workout.
So I may not have been able to lift what I expected today, because well, shit happened, but @realbk
showed me this video when we got home, (that he took without my knowledge) to remind me that I may not be able to smash PRs every single week but that I should be proud of how hard I work every single day.
