One of my #dailyeats !! This is a super easy and healthy meal. Either for breakfast, as #snack or as last meal of the day. High in proteins, very little fat and healthy carbs depending on the amount of Oats you're adding. Prep time: ~5min What you need: #Magerquark (if you're in the U.S. use low fat Greek Yogurt), Plain Yogurt, Oats, Honey, Fruits (here I used a #banana and a #kiwi ) How you do it: Take a bowl and mix 250g Magerquark together with 3 spoons of Plain Yogurt. Add 40-80g (depending on how many carbs and calories you wanna have) of #Oats on top and add some water. LEG EXTENSIONS!! I'm currently doing this #exercise once a week. It perfectly helps building the #quadriceps , a large muscle on the front of your #thigh . Use controlled movements for this exercise, do not swing the weight up. Typically, I'm doing leg extensions with a higher rep range (i.e. 10-12).
