Need more presence today? Next time you have a meal or snack, practice eating as if you have never tasted that food before. Use your senses to experience what you are eating fully. Think about where the food came from. Breathe between bites. Express gratitude for the food and enjoy it slowly.🍏
Listen to your intuition.
Your intuition is that inner voice that guides you. Sometimes it is hard to hear because we are so busy which is why it is so important to take time to slow down and notice so we can get quiet enough to listen. Take that time you need to slow down, tune in, and embrace what comes up for you.
