Do you have a favorite time of day? ๐Ÿ•— I used to be an evening yogi but ever since our daughter, Maggie, was born, mornings, before she wakes up, have become a sacred time and my favorite time to fill my soul, fuel my practice and enjoy some light reading with a smoothie and a cup of tea. ๐Ÿต I actually have surprised myself in how much I look forward to my mornings because Iโ€™m able to be so productive and soak in the peaceful quiet before my day really gets started. โ˜€๏ธ Whenโ€™s your perfect hour of the day? Why do you love it?

On tired days, when the odds are stacked against me, or Iโ€™m not feeling up to par, I think of my daughter. ๐Ÿคฑ She inspires me to keep pushing forward because as much as I LOVE being her mama, I also love having a career, and the fact that running MamaRoo Yoga lets me spend my days doing both of those things, fills my heart with joy and fuels my soul. ๐ŸŒŸ What and/or who inspires you to keep pushing forward?
Thereโ€™s a lot to love about what I do. Sharing love, supporting fellow yogis, and getting to work from home with my daughter, Magnolia, are a few easy and obvious ones. ๐ŸŒท But today Iโ€™m feeling gratitude for something a little less blatant. I just received a note from one of our incredible customers. Her praise and love for our Fit for Family Fun yoga mat gave me the warm fuzzies and reminded me thatโ€™s thereโ€™s so much joy in what I do and today, especially after a long weekend, I am so very thankful. ๐Ÿ™ What are you thankful for today?
What has been lighting you up lately? Here are a few things keeping us going: ๐Ÿ™ 1. Reading something light in the morning. 2. Drinking fresh lemonade. 3.
