I’m pretty sure saving money is something we can all get behind. So when the biggest sales of the year come around, how do you do it?
Are you A: Already waiting outside the mall with an itemized list waiting for the doors to open on Black Friday. B: Keeping it low profile and spending Cyber Monday scoring deals at your favorite online shops. or C: Not so into shopping right now and instead zen-ing it up on your mat.
I’m all about scoring an online deal on something on my list but I’m not super into buying just cause it’s on sale, so I’d say today I’m a mix of B & C!
What about you?

Got tips for surviving the holiday rush? While it seems that the holidays come faster and faster every year, we think it’s more important than ever to practice a little extra self care during the holiday season.
This could mean rolling out your mat and doing a few sun salutations first thing when you wake up in the morning. Or maybe it means nurturing a good book and a cup of tea before embarking on your day. Or maybe it’s taking an after dinner stroll around your neighborhood with your fur baby.
Whatever you choose is perfect, just as long as you’re doing it with love.
How are you nurturing YOU this time of year?
You are probably no stranger to the sensations that come with tight and weak hips from sitting for long periods.
Lower back pain, sciatica, and overall body soreness are just a few of the things that can creep into our lives if we aren’t intentional about how much time we spend immobile.
While we may not be able to prevent sitting, we can incorporate a few new yoga poses into our daily routine to help combat weak and tight hips...

Warm sun is shining through my office window and the snow is clearing from the storm we had earlier in the week.
I’ve set aside about 20 minutes for a family flow with my daughter this morning and although it’s a bit too cold to take our practice outside today, sharing this special time with her on our mats fills my heart with joy.
Featuring our Passion and Love (PAL) mat.
We believe natural is better. At MamaRoo, we strive to create mats and content that are toxin free so we can give you the best of the best for your body, mind, and soul.
Did you know we plant a 🌲 for every mat sold?!🌱
You can do anything, but you can not do everything.
Do you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with all you need to get done today? If so, It may be time to reassess what matters most to you.
Ask yourself what your values are and if the things you are doing align with those values.
If they don’t, take some deep breaths and release what isn’t serving you.💞
Ready to clear out bad energy and anxiety? We gotcha love!
“Smudging is a traditional Native American practice in which you burn a bundle of herbs, often sage, to purify yourself and your space.
Because we, and everything around us, are made of energy, stagnant energy can gather and makes us feel stuck. This feeling of being stuck is often what causes anxiety.
The practice of smudging is thought of as psychic spring cleaning and helps to clear out what we no longer need. We recommend burning sage in the same way you would incense. You can carry it around your house, making sure to get the corners, as well as smudge yourself.”

Good morning Monday!!
Daylight Savings is here, and I’m guessing I’m not the only one who enjoyed having an extra hour this morning!
Am I right?
I’ve been wanting to get back into my morning yoga routine and I decided daylight savings was the perfect time to jump in!
So this morning I woke up, got my body moving, spent some time meditating and stepped back into some very much needed self care and me time!
I’d love to hear how you started your morning- and if you have a self care morning routine share that too!☀️💞😍
The perfect way to start the day 🙏
Good morning Monday!
