GORGEOUS CHIPPING CAMPDEN ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So this week we were lucky enough to have an incredible glamping experience courtesy of the wonderful @campdenyurts

After taking a well needed month off Instagram I’m very happy to be back sharing content and taking pictures, I will be writing a blog post soon all about why I took a break and what I have been up to in the last month.
For now I’m just dreaming of being back in the lovely Chipping Campden...if you haven’t been already you definitely need to add it to the list!
NEW BLOG POST IS LIVE...Finally!
There’s a life update and outfit post on the blog today after a year of no posts! I’m back and hopefully there’ll be slightly more regularity to everything blog related!
The link is in my bio as always 💕
Walking where the wild things are...
Couldn’t have been happier yesterday going out to shoot this outfit after nearly a year of no blog posts! If all goes to plan there should be a post going up tomorrow and I could not be happier about it! Watch this space ✨
HOMEWARD BOUND 🏡
Today is such a bittersweet one for us, it is the end of our year long adventure, from the planning, to Asia, to South America...it has been the adventure of a lifetime! It feels like we’ve travelled and experienced so much in 4 years, we’ve made it to 14 countries and 3 continents...not bad going as we were in school for 3 of those years, but in reality it’s the tiniest percentage of the world. In the next twelve months we hope to add to the ever growing list of countries and make it to a fourth continent! •⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But for the meantime some quality time at home is definitely well needed 😌
Felling like a five year old in my dungarees ✨
There really is nothing quite as spectacular as a Latin American church...I’m definitely going to miss seeing these in even the tiniest of towns, I guess we’re going to have to swap hutches for castles 🏰
Getting back to reality is going to be a weird one after travelling for the best part of a year...wish us luck 😂✨
ITS RAINING MEN...OR IS IT CHOCOLATE?!
Me casually staring longingly at what I think is fair to say one of the best plants EVER...only the cocoa tree that gave us glorious chocolate! Can you tell I’m addicted? 😂
It’s fair to say this was definitely one of my favourite days, learning about one of my fave things EVER!! What would be one of your fave days, chocolate oriented like mine or something different? ✨
CHOCOLATE HEAVEN ✨⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Yesterday we did a chocolate tour with the amazing El Quetzal the chocolate makers in Mindo! All of their beans are grown right here in Mindo and their chocolate is organically produced!
Their tour was a definite must do if you’re in the area, especially as you get to try lots of chocolate at the end 🤤 it is definitely some of the best chocolate I’ve ever eaten...despite being in a chocolate coma for about five hours afterwards 😬
Clearly trying to blend in with my surroundings 🤦🏽♀️
Definitely love the jungle! Ecuador is such an incredible country...it really does have everything; beaches, rainforest, cities, mountains and of course the jungle. What more could you want? I can definitely see why Ecuador is an expat hotspot!
I don’t think offering so much for the next few years but our travel plans for the next 12 months are just as exciting! Where’s your next travel destination? ⠀
WATER FALLIN’ 💦💦
In the final week of our trip!! Today we spent time seeking out waterfalls in the incredible cloud forest (aka Mindo). This place is truly amazing, we woke up to bright sunshine only to watch the surrounding forest become immersed by cloud...it really did live up to its name!
Although it tipped it down with rain all day we took shelter under the leaves...we better get used to the rain as I’m sure we’ll get plenty of it when we’re home 💧☔️
Beach babe 🤟🏽
I always insist on being a pool person until I get to the beach 🏝There’s definitely something about being on the sand with salt in your hair that the pool can’t really give ya!
We have two more days on the beach before we head to the city...can’t help but feeling very sad at leaving carefree lazy days behind...only a week and a half until we head back to the UK and the lists have already begun for jobs we need to do 😖
It’s all laughs over here ☀️
Doesn’t being in the sun just make everyone so much happier...there really is nothing better for the soul than a good bit of ☀️
Weather definitely dictates mine and Wills decisions when planning a trip and although we had a bit of cold weather on this trip we definitely feel like we have avoided winter this year 🙌🏼 we are most definitely happy to be going home to British summertime...even if it isn’t that reliable 😂
Wishing one day the door to our house will look like this 😂 a girl can dream right?
With only two weeks left of this crazy year long adventure we’ve realised it’ll be a while before we get the chance to have such an amazing and exciting adventure as this South American one! However there’s many a country we are yet to explore and we are already putting together some plans for 2019 😶 •
But for the meantime we want to explore places closer to home 🏠 watch this space! (P.s thank you to everyone who has supported our travel blog @allofthegearnoidea
we’re looking forward to putting up a lot more content over the summer, so although this particular trip is coming to an end the blog is really only just getting started!)
CUENCA - When we are on our travels we are constantly scrutinising countries as to whether we’d like to live there at some point in the future...Ecuador is already a contender...we’ve been here all of 48 hours 😂
Spent the morning learning how to surf and survived 🏄🏽♀️ yay...meanwhile here’s a picture from Arequipa as our blog post for this Peruvian city is now life, link in my bio 😊😊
Hands down one of the most INCREDIBLE experiences of my life -Thank you so much to Great Nazca Tours (@great_nazca_tours
) for flying us in our own plane over the Nazca lines it was amazing and I will remember it forever...if you’re in the Nazca area definitely check them out they have given us a once in a lifetime experience!
Look who we stumbled upon in Peru 🇵🇪❤️❤️❤️
