Building Boulders 🏋🏽‍♂️ In the past, I have heard over and over again that "shoulders make the man." Fast forward your thought process to include "or woman" and you've got a solid idea. Women totally changed the game when it comes to building their shoulders. They work hard to build solid, round shoulders that will make their tank tops and tube tops look amazing! - My approach to training my shoulders usually include a workout routine that includes the medial and rear deltoids. In my experience, when I focus more on my middle and rear head delts, it adds more shape and size. Focusing on your delts in this way will also help to increase your strength. - In my opinion, if there's one muscle group that screams power, it's the shoulders. Shoulders were once a primal symbol of masculinity and virility reserved for men. My chest was pretty taxed in this workout, but I wanted to take full advantage of the “pump”. When doing a finisher really focus on the area you worked by making a mind- muscle connection. More than anything else, becoming a Great Finisher is about staying motivated from the beginning to the end.
