💉💉 Christmas and public holidays are a time when many regular donors take a break - yet the need for blood never stops. ❣️At risk are supplies of blood relied on by trauma and accident patients. 🌡 Pictured is Julie Barlow of Penrith who rolled up her sleeves and donated plasma for the first time recently. The Nepean Donor Centre is searching for 200 life-saving blood donors between December 24 and January 5. With some parts of blood only having a shelf life of five days, a constant flow of donors is required. It only takes an hour of your time and you will help save up to three lives. 💉 To make a blood donation appointment call the Blood Service on 13 14 95 or book online at #donateblood #donatetoday #nepeandonorcentre
