Frozen Pineapple Sunset! 🍹 Full recipe details below.
3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
3 cups pineapple juice
1/4 cup coconut nectar
2 tablespoons Pompeian Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
Pure unsweetened cherry juice concentrate OR strawberry syrup
Place frozen pineapple, juice, coconut nectar and apple cider vinegar in the jar of a blender and pulse until smooth. Divide cherry juice concentrate between 6 cups and pour pineapple mixture over. Serves 6 - Serve immediately.

and paleo diet requirements, so no need to wait on getting you hands dirty with these yummy summer treats. 🍔🍔🍔
1lb 80/20 ground turkey
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1/2 cup chopped roasted red pepper
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 tablespoons Za’atar spice
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Optional: One egg, to bind the mixture
*makes 4 burgers* -
1. Preheat grill or oven to 350F (180C) - Alternatively, Heat a cast iron skillet to medium-high.
2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix gently by hand until it comes together. Putting some Pompeian Bold Extra Virgin Olive Oil inside the mixture ensures a moist burger and also prevents sticking to the pan or griddle.
3. Divide mixture into 4 quarter-pound portions and form into patties. Place on the heat source.
4. Make sure the heat is high enough and do not move the burgers until you see a nice crust formed at the bottom. Cook for 8-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165F+. 5. Remove from heat and serve with your favorite bun, butter lettuce, sliced tomato and pickled onions or even roasted veggies. Green tahini is especially good with these burgers.
GREEN TAHINI SAUCE:
1/2 cup tahini (middle eastern sesame paste)
1/2 cup fresh parsley, minced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon salt
*Add to a jar and use an immersion blender to pulse until smooth.
