I am not going to lie it is always hard to make it back to your previous or current lifestyle if you took a break 😲 . I wish I could tell you it is, but it’s not. My come backs are always hard more mentally than physically ( but physically too 😂) And the main idea of this post for you guys is to show, that even professional athletes take time off👆🏻 . When my body hits a plato then I know it’s time to change things around. Sometimes it is even necessary to rest for couple of weeks. This is my “Coming Back” training video 💪🏻 . I always say that when you are consistent with you workout regimen and your diet, it will be easy to be back to your routine. This is me as an example to you. My muscles still remember how strong they are and how training make everything better 🤗 . My thought here: is no matter if you are an athlete or just starting your journey...don’t be afraid to take time if needed... JUST BE CONSISTENT and follow your diet! ✌🏻❤️ _________________________ ‼️КАК ВЕРНУТЬСЯ В СПОРТ ПОСЛЕ ПЕРЕРЫВА‼️ . Честно говоря...сложно. Я бы очень хотела вам сказать, что это очень легко и не составит для вас трудностей. Это не так😲 . Когда вы делаете перерыв в вашем режиме, очень важно понимать как вы будете возвращаться и осознавать с какими трудностями придётся столкнуться👆🏻 Даже профессиональные спортсмены берут время для себя. . В любом спорте (и обычной жизни) наступает момент «Плато» нужно что-то поменять в своём режиме, взять паузы (не большую, но очень нужную) или изменить свой режим чтобы встряхнуть организм. В этом случае так же организму под влиянием стресса сложно входить в режим 💪🏻 . Не важно какая ситуация у вас в данный момент, НО👆🏻 если вы соблюдаете режим и всегда соблюдаете диету, то возвращение будет на много легче чем бы себе представляли 😘😊✌🏻 . И ещё, не бросайте вашу Диету! Даже если вам нужно остановить тренировки и взять тайм-аут...еда и режим питания 🥙🥗 всегда должна оставаться в норме! ❤️
