How was your first day of 2019? 🤔 Did you have time to reflect back on 2018 and set new goals and milestones you wish to accomplish in 2019? I actually did meet my "resolutions" for 2018, but they're still an ongoing thing. I like to pick just a couple of "desires" and "missions" to focus on for the new year. It's not about putting pressure on yourself, but about getting curious about something, learning something, making positive progress or improvements in some area of your life.
The key is making sure that it's something you WANT to do, learn, or work on. Not something you THINK you should be doing or choosing to do. Your goals and resolutions should be part of the bigger picture and should be able to be a part of your lifestyle when you stick to them. 👌😊
I know healthy eating is always front of mind in the new year and something I hear all the time from my celiac and food allergy tribe is "what to eat for breakfast?"
