Build your own dreams, or else someone will hire you to build theirs.
Advice is what we ask for when we already know the answer but wish we didn’t.
Change the world by being yourself.
If you won’t push your limits, who will?
Different isn’t always better, but better is always different.
Still trying to get all the sand out of my mouth after this experience 😂🏄🏽♂️ Have you ever been sandboarding??
If you never change your mind, it means you aren’t using it. Whether it be political, with relationships or simply things you believe in, there’s value in having an open mind able to adapt and change as you learn and grow.
Be stubborn enough to hold your ground, be wise enough to know you don’t know everything.
Don’t wait. The time will never be just right.
This may have been one of the most unique places I’ve ever been. Hutt Lagoon, aka Pink Lake, is a salt lake in Western Australia. The pink hue is caused by the presence of carotenoid in the water.
Needless to say, I highly recommend you adding this location to your bucket list. I was in awe with just how pink the water truly was.
Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving! Thankful for your continued support and motivation 🤙🏼👊🏼
Only takes a day to make memories that will last a lifetime. Simply put, Western Australia is amazing! More to come 🇦🇺
It doesn’t really matter what it is, but be passionate about SOMETHING. It won’t matter if it makes you rich or even works out. It’s simply awesome to wake up and chase something.
Learn something new every day. It may seem small today, but the domino effect is ridiculous.
The odds were stacked against us for this one. We arrived a day prior and attempted to reach the cave but were stopped by high tides, big waves and lifeguards. We quickly became Google experts on how the tides change and made sure to get in the cave before sunrise, while making sure not to stay much longer than to see some color as tides were quickly rising, lifeguards get on duty early, and our camera gear is far from waterproof if we get stuck. We made it.
If they aren’t pushing you forward they are slowing you down.
This shot alone proves the value in breaking off from the traditional path and being different. As we pulled up to this location, I remember rushing to the typical shot right between the trees with the Golden Gate Bridge in the middle. It wasn’t long before I realized @codycm
was no where to be found. We stole his shot. Turns out, that was the best thing we could have done. After about 5 or 10 minutes of scouting, Cody set up 30 feet back and said “hey guys, trust me on this, when I say jump - JUMP!”. This turned out to be one of my favorite shots from the entire trip, and it’s all because Cody wasn’t basic like me. There’s always a new angle to be found, so find it.
I’d rather be optimistic and wrong than pessimistic and right.
This shot was taken as we took off on a helicopter ride just outside of San Francisco. I remember it clearly. The night before we were calling all the helicopter companies we could find. Everyone was either booked for sunset or they didn’t have a chopper we could take the doors off of. Perhaps after a handful of calls we got lucky and booked the only sunset doors off flight at this tiny helicopter company about 25 min outside the city.
Fast forward to the next day, and we arrived just in time to meet the most badass female pilot, we get to take the doors off of the chopper ourselves, and we caught arguably one of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen. I guess the moral of the story is to make the call.
