One of my ultimate post workout snacks is a banana smoothie. My favourite go to combo is 1 banana, 1/2 vanilla pod, tablespoon coconut oil, pinch sea salt, cup of milk (or almond milk) and 2 raw organic free range egg whites blended up with ice. #yumyum

Upping the training regime this time of year. I definitely notice my motivation to workout go through influxes...travel and work commitments make it impossible to keep a routine but the key for me is to always keep my work outs fun...exploring a city by foot, playing sports or working out with a friend...keep it fun!!
My highly requested 5 minute chocolate fudge recipe ๐Ÿ’• No baking, so it works a treat when you want something sweet without turning the oven on. 200 g dark chocolate, finely chopped 1 ร— 395 g tin unsweetened condensed milk 50 g unsalted butter, chopped Line a 20 cm ร— 20 cm slice tin with baking paper. Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, then melt in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring as you go, until just melted; it will take 2โ€“3 minutes. Fold through the condensed milk and butter until melted and well combined. Pour mixture into the tin, cover with plastic film, being careful not to let it touch the fudge as it will stick, and leave to set in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight. Remove from the tin and slice into bite-sized pieces. Store in an airtight container, layered between sheets of baking paper, for up to 1 week. To make it a little fancier you can Add pistachios or top with basil leaves and a pinch of sea salt and a drizzle of balsamic glaze immediately before serving. Enjoy!
