when out of the corner of my eye, I saw my @sousvidesupreme
sitting there. Neglected.
Did some quick shopping on @milkandeggscom
and found this beautiful 3 lb pork butt. Coated the whole butt with random spices like garlic powder and togarashi for a little kick.
Next thing you know I'm blowing off the dust from my vacuum sealer and firing up the Sous vide machine to 165F to cook the butt for ~24 hours. Super simple @seriouseats

The next day, I sauteed some veggies as I broiled the pork butt for a few min for that crusty maillard reaction. The meat was cooked perfectly as it fell apart at the slightest touch.
Dat butt lasted for multiple meals over two days. Can't wait to do it again - bo ssam party anyone?
