It's World Health Day today 🌏 and I believe all of you, who do a desk job can take small steps 👣 towards improving your health by taking most simple activity such as walking regularly for a fixed period of
C.Steps - I personally make sure to Run/walk at least 3000 steps a day apart from gym .
HOW MUCH STEPS DO YOU TAKE ? .
⏳20-30 minutes all it takes .And you can simply use your headphones to listen to whatever (songs ,podcast etc ) in this time .
- I prefer doing it outdoors 🌳 ,but on days when I can't ,I do it just on treadmill .
♐Not only this helps you burn some calories but also kills the feeling of laziness of you start doing it regular ,making your willpower much stronger .
Remember , taking the first step to walk or run around is more difficult than how much distance you run .
♐There are lot of free phone apps as well which can help you track your steps /distance .I personally use "Fit" from Google .
♐Start with a distance you can cover everyday easily for a while and increase gradually ✔️.
