I may not be the hottest girl on Instagram, take pics half naked, inject my lips with filler, use fake weights to pretend I’m stronger than I am.... but I promise you I will always be real. Imperfections and all. My calling is to inspire others— specifically women— to feel empowered and find their inner sexy badass that’s just dying to come out. Society tries to silence us, cover us up, tell us what’s appropriate and lady like, etc... well F**k that. Don’t let anyone— and I mean ANYYYYYONEEEEE— tell you who you should or shouldn’t be. Be whoever the f**k you want to be. I LOVE YOU ♥️ and I’m here for you. We’re all in this together sis.
Just a few exercises from my leg day today: 5x10 barbell squats, 4x10 kettlebell goblet squats, 4x12 kettlebell RDLs, 4x10 each uni-loaded kettlebell reverse lunges (challenges your core strength and balance a lot!), 4x12 each Bosu single leg glute bridge.... give these a try and let me know how shaky ya legs are afterwards 💪🏼 don’t forget to challenge yourself with the weights you choose but make sure your technique is correct before you load up 💪🏼💪🏼 let’s get it! Can’t grow ya booty doing cardio all day 😘
In the end, only 3 things matter: how much you loved, how gently you lived, and how gracefully you let go of things not meant for you. ✨ October shows us how beautiful it is to let things go, because as the leaves fall off of the trees... something new can be born. 💡 educational post 💡 I see burpees done incorrectly very often. Like, every day often. Video 1️⃣ is the correct way to do a burpee. The important thing to remember is to keep your core tight and engaged, and to control yourself on the eccentric and concentric portion of the push-up. Video 2️⃣ is the way I see burpees done very often but it is incorrect. There is no core engaged, the movement is sloppy and uncontrolled, and I push up from the ground with my shoulders first. Video 3️⃣ is a great way to practice your burpee so that you can build strength AND control in your upper body. Notice that on my way down to the ground, I keep my entire body aligned and my core is the center that keeps my movements together. Once I come to a complete stop on the ground, I then engage my core and attempt to push up off of the ground in one solid piece. 🔑 the first few times you do this, you may struggle- especially if you lack upper body strength. But the only way to get better at something is to do it. Practice!! Let me know how it goes ♥️💪🏼
