Side Lunge / Abduction Combo for that cake! 💯🎂 I used my trusty @bforcebands
ankle straps, plugged in 10lbs on the stack and did 4 sets 10-15 reps on each side. And just so we have an understanding, one side lunge + one abduction = 1 rep. 😁
