| Vanilla mousseline pavlova cups ✨ I piped a tempered chocolate disc to make these look kind of a like a fruit bowl - also another delish element to eat 🤤 Filled these babies with a vanilla bean mousseline, which is essentially pastry cream whipped with some butter - soooo yum. I highly recommend filling the meringue cups when you’re ready to serve. Meringue sphere inspired by @toplessbaker

| I received a few questions about assembling a macaron tower. While I work on a version for the holidays, I thought I’d re-share this. I coat my styro towers in tempered chocolate and use the same tempered chocolate to stick macs on. They stick sooo wonderfully, and they come off without a hassle when it’s times to serve ✨💜🙆🏽♀️ |
| This was my very first intimate interaction with the camera. Guys, I was full of nerves, but was sooo beyond excited about creating this super girly two-tiered angular cake inspired by @betseyjohnson
new “Pretty N’ Punk” fragrance ✨ I drew inspo from the fragrance’s citrusy, sweet, and spicy notes, and to be honest, my when my cake started sweating (hello, Cali heat 🙋🏽♀️), the aromas were just 🤩, just like the fragrance.
