| Gosh, I love cakes covered in sprinx ✨ I know they’re not for everyone (sorry to those in advance) but this girl loves her sprinkles and I probably would put them on everything if I could πŸ˜‚ I debated rolling this baby to coat the body of my cake, but I find the pressing method works best for me. | Sooo it may be too soon for Easter treats, but here we are πŸ˜‚πŸ’—πŸ£ This Mini Egg pavlova is all kinds of dreamy - vanilla bean shell, dark chocolate truffle, passion fruit coulis, malted milk chocolate whip, and a stack of Mini Eggs πŸ€€πŸ’• I speckled my meringue with some gold lustre mixed with alcohol. Fridge these babies for around 10 minutes so the truffle is set but still creamy. Yay or nay for everything Mini Eggs? πŸ°πŸ’– |
