• 2 ripe bananas (smashed)
• 5 tbsp of nut flour
• 2 tbsp of gluten free all purpose flour
• 3 tbsp of @tropeaka
Salted Caramel Lean Protein
• 2 eggs (flax eggs if vegan)
• 1 tbsp of chia seeds
• 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
• 1/2 cup of crushed walnuts
• 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips
• 1 tbsp of baking powder
• A pinch of nutmeg
• A dash of almond milk
Mix all the ingredients, and bake for 25 minutes on a 180 degrees Celsius oven
