Fitness isn’t my full-time gig. And it’s not my only passion. I work for the Federal Emergency Management Agency and love it! I’m a father and husband and I love it! I’m a part time personal trainer at Villanova University, I train clients online, and I am a part time fitness model and writer - I love all this too!
My point is we can all take steps to improve our health. Some more than others, but that’s okay. Any effort invested in self improvement counts - it all matters! Exercising when you can, making smart nutritional choices, and getting sufficient rest all add up! Please don’t give it because of a few bad days!
People often assume I do fitness full time. They say, “there’s no way you can look like that while living a normal life.” Sure it takes a whole lot more effort and sacrifice to look the way I do in this image. But, if you want something, and you set your mind to it and invest the effort, you can achieve it!
I do think we can all carve out some time in our weeks to treat ourselves better, improve our health, and get that extra benefit of looking a little better too. Establishing the habits to make this happen at first may seem daunting, and too challenging, but with time - I promise - they become manageable.
